Very easy check-in process and friendly staff. The room and bathroom were very clean, quiet and functional. The fridge didn’t work and the socket where the kettle was placed didn’t work so I switch the kettle to the other side and all was fine. The surrounding area could be cleaned by the council and shop owners. My Uber App didn’t work so I had to pay the taxi in cash. The staff offered to book for me.

WiFi is not the best, stops often and you have to login almost every time when you use your phone again. Room rates are too high for the area and quality.

Nice place to stay in Paharganj. Friendly staff, decent food, always open for check-in. The room was clean. All the basics you need are there. I can recommend staying here.

The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the railway station. The reception staff were very helpful. There is a also a travel agency based in the hotel lobby who were very helpful and arranged a taxi to the airport. My room was very spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The restaurant at the hotel is open 24 hours and the food is of good quality and value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

The paid taxi service provided by the hotel to the airport was not satisfactory. It could have been better. It added to the misery caused by the traffic congestion.

The staffs at the property were responsive and friendly. Food was delicious but the price is on the higher side..

Bathroom facilities need some renovation, especially shower head. The location has its downside. The hotel is not far from metro station and New Delhi railway station, but you have to go through VERY busy street, so if you have a heavy luggage it is better to take a rickshaw.

Big and efficient hotel in the middle of Main Bazar. Room was big, rather clean, with everything needed. There was a window with a view, which is rare in this area. Despite window on busy street the room was quiet.

Unfortunately, the taxi we had pre-booked did not make it to the airport, which had a negative impact on our arrival in India. Beware of taxi scams! They will charge you three times as much and will try to convince you that all of your bookings are bad and that you need to book new hotels and new tickets.

Hotel has a good starting point to reach all sights easily by tuktuk. Our room was clean and okay, but the hotel is a bit outdated. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Easy to locate and comfortable rooms with hygiene maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Walking distance towards Paharganj Delhi station. Food is extremely great and well served with clean crockery. Safe for married and unmarried couples to stay.

Food is quite expensive but restaurant is decent. The lock in our room 112 was dodgy.

Location is very central, right next to Delhi station. Standard in India is pretty low but this Hotel was the best value for money we got. Seemed clean and had the necessary toiletry. Wifi though is quite bad.

Wifi was awful… barely worked which really was the only bad thing about this hotel!

Staff were incredible, rooms were lovely, little touches that made it nice and the bed was super comfortable!
