    The room services are pathetic, slow and unreliable. No toiletries provided. Food was terrible.

    The hotel is just average. Ambience is fine.

    The way customers where getting handled & the response time & the issues with it

    The hotel was totally occupied & they were terribly understaffed , room service never gets responded properly ,both the days ordered & what was received was not matching , may be because of the load , the dish ordered was too salty , up on raising the compliant there was no reply from the chef or restaurant

    the services were very poor. It is overpriced hotel and did not match the services as expecting from Hilton brand. one can get similar facilities in a 3 star hotel. why to pay rate for 5 star and get services of 3 star.

    they don’t have a quite space to practice yoga and meditate. swimming pool facilities are very dirty, they offer us the pool area to practice yoga and all the floor was dirty and full of cigarette waste. the food at the restaurant is not the best, the don’t have good variety and the place smell strange. in general is very noisy cause the have a bar on the rooftop and also they open the pool area to drink and smoke. we don’t want to come there again.

    Room smelled of petrol/gas. Shower metal grid on floor had blackened. Bath towel had marks on it. Crevice around entrance door was full of dust. Some dust in corners of shelves in bathroom and room. Room decor very brown and dark.

    1.The staff seems to be either inexperienced or stressed. At the moment of check in, I was asked by a lady to take a sit until paper work is done. I waited and waited. Meantime, I saw that 8 people who came after me were checked-in by a male staff, who didn’t bother to pay attention to his female colleague’s protests that I was first in cue. 2. Though I booked a king bed room with mountain view, I got a twin with city view 😬. The king bed rooms were no available anymore!!! 3. Breakfast was really poor for what they charge. 4. In the bathroom I found a T-shirt hanging out the door. 5. The doormen looked really sulky… no trace of the famous Indian smile! 6. All facilities need a big update! I wonder how this hotel is still rated as 5 star?!

    Location- pretty close to airport and Old City. Rooftop bar quite decent.

    staff at front desk were not well informed. at breakfast response to tea and coffee was slow took 15 minutes to combine hot water and a tea bag. Tables were not set when seated, No napkins or cutlery. Ask for the same thing 3 times and still don’t get it. Room for 4 guests but only 2 towels given each day. room service didn’t pick up phone. No person in the spa to help with steam and sauna which was cold. Front desk didn’t know correct info, we asked them to order a pizza and it did t arrive. Walls are thin so you can hear everything that’s happening next door. complaints made to Hilton and just got a generic response from a bot.

    Roof top bar was beautiful and use of the exec lounge was a nice touch.

    LPG odour on 8th floor. when I complained the general manager and the Engineer denied that there was a smell. Furthermore, they were not interested in investigating the matter. They sprayed air freshener in the corridors although the smell remained in our room for more than 3 hours in the morning of Nov 1st. Room 806. Two people Sunita Amin and Swathi Vashishtha, we complained several times. Afterwards another couple from 9th floor also complained. Yet manager stood firm and said that he did not smell anything. These responses to a gas leak an intense odour problem is alarming!! This apathetic, unconcerned, covering up and not taking responsibility is not an attitude that a hotel of such Intl. repute should allow.

    Excellent rooms and comfort. Good Breakfast.

    the suite intended for 4 adults is not adequate for 4. Price charged @ hotel higher than booked

    The price they charged ended up being substantially higher than what I booked on the booking.com, the taxes were not included. The room was intended for 4 adults, but it only had one masted bed and two small sofas, had to ask for two extra beds to be added to the suite which left no room to move around.

    We did not have breakfast at the hotel, since we left the building before breakfast started, they gave us boxed meals, which included a sandwitch with cream cheese and cucumbers, morning baked pastries, an apple and a kiwi.

    A few more fish (freshwater) dishes would have been ideal.

    The hotel needs to rebuild, specially the common areas and the staff should work more trying to keep the hotel cleaner . The swimming pool area was not as the used to be in a 5 stars area

    It is not a 5 stars hotel . The commons areas were old , dirty and the staff didn’t take care about things . I have been in others Hilton hotel and we’re not like this one . But anyway the breakfast was good enough, it could be more European menu and the location was really good
