The atmosphere, the people (staff) even the roomates we got were so friendly, the place where hostel is located it's lovely, calm, peaceful, clean and the waterfall that flows near to it ,is so beautiful to look at♥️ Watching sky at night full of stars...moon. Cold breeze on rooftop. The decoration was unexpectedly creative and cute.

The dog at the property was locked in a room without even a window that it was terribly howling, poor creature. This was a bad thing. There was a mix up in the allotment of beds and my luggage was kept outside my bed when I reached the evening of day 1 with no prior notice or intimation. Upon confessing about the disappointment, Suraj bhaiyya genuinely confessed and that’s well taken.

The location is a plus and a minus, but I liked the isolation and peace. Value for money was matchless. It’s kind of like an upcycled place with a hit of great vibe and calm.

Big and loud construction site directly in front of hostel, which you have to walk through in order to reach it. Communication with staff was difficult, only one person spoke English and was rarely available. The pipe of the room sink fell down during our stay, but after informing the staff about this issue, nothing was done. The sink also drippled constantly, which then led to a lot of wetness on the floor. Their house rules instruct you to save water, but they don’t seem to bother that many litres of water just run through a broken sink 24/7. There was misunderstanding about the possibility to extend our stay (which I had asked for in advance since my friend was ill and weak and we didn’t want to move), so we had to move out in a rush.

The uphill location is not ideal. Matrasses in the double rooms are very very thin and not comfortable to sleep. They should be replaced!

Very friendly staff, he even helped us remove a huge spider out of the room! The double rooms have a small kitchen which is very nice.

Very untidy place. Bedsheets pillow covers and blankets are very filthy and dirty. Kitchen is unbelievably dirty. Cockroaches and filth every where.

Except location everything was horror. I don't understand why there is high rating for this stay on booking.com. I was befooled by ratings. The mattress were smelly, bed and bedsheets were not dry. There were no washbasin in the rooms. There were spider nets all over. etc....

host was not so welcoming and the communication was odd. he asked me to put luggage in the locker which was way to small for my backpack and since I didn’t have my own lock it was not possible to close it. not possible to close the door to the dorm, so it was constantly open. water was out in the morning so no shower and no flush of toilet or washing hands possible.
