IndiaWe paid the full amount for our stay and we also paid for an extra bed, but still we received a broken mattress. I think it was used for the workers and it stincked lot. One of the members had a serious back pain where we had to pay extra for the treatment. Managers names are: Kadil and Munawar This hotel deserves good managers who respect customers. I hope the owner looks at the review and takes some action.

United KingdomThe hotel had enough time from my booking to inform me that there will be big building work taking place. We arrived to find from 8am to 6pm drilling and banging on the tiles stairs. There was no stairs to used only lift. All the old tiles was bagged off and laying around. On arrival the staffs were all sleeping in the lobby had to tap one to get my attention. Then he asked for the balance payment with telling me about the building work or noise. However it was late we had a long flight just needed to sleep. So we paid and went to bed only to be woken up by builders drilling and hammering just under out room. Also we couldn't use the pool because it is for the club that pay for swimming lessons. We weren't told that either. The hotel is situated through a ally way full having to use a back entrance. The rooms were ok but not sound proof it's situated on the 3rd floor of an old run down building. One morning I walked into a puddle of fishy water the tank brok and flood the whole place out. The Manager is very rude and the staffs not friendly not helpful. None speak any English except for the reception. Very hard to communicate. You have to keep asking for towels soap and to have the room clean. The price of the room is definitely not worth what you get. We had to leave the hotel one week early and booked to go Goa instead because of the noise and area was like a mad house or something out of Walking dead. The hotel just wanted our money they could have inform us about all this before we arrived but they try to trick us but the following day I told them I am not happy and will be leaving as soon as I can get half my refund for the next week. As I was staying there for two weeks. However they agreed to refund me one week money and then we left. It was like begging for my own money everyday texting and asking.

On numerous times complaining extra mattress then provided on floor!!!!In both rooms all dirty, stained, offensive smelly pillows and bedding. Not changed on request to acceptable standard. Pillows covered with additional damp stained covers. Extensive building work started on morning of arrival no pre warning prior to booking or arrival. Entire marvel staircase taken up. Noise of work was unbearable. Very dangerous trying to get up and down to room. No alternative access routes available.

United KingdomI am extremely upset and disappointed to write this review. I raised a complaint about a member of staff at the fron desk, on 14th August 2024. They harassed me. I asked the staff member for a lady's spa to go out for massage to relax, they made a joke saying they would give me one. I shrugged it off and said no, can you message me the details. They then sent a message to me using the company's number on WhatsApp offering their mobile number to give one in my room only. As soon as I said do not message me anymore, they tried to delete the messages. I screenshotted everything, and I have never felt so upset and this is the first holiday alone I have done. I was nervous and did not feel safe and spent a lot of time in my room. I asked for a refund from the point this incident happened and higher management/owner has not taken this seriously and have not processed this refund. I would not recommend staying here and has completely ruined my holiday.

New ZealandRooms aren’t serviced at all and I stayed for 4 nights. You only get half a roll of toilet paper as well. The facility is a gym and swimming pool facility for the locals and to be honest isn’t a hotel. The facility was ok for me as I travelled alone for medical procedure but I wouldn’t recommend it for a family or a couple travelling.

KuwaitI recently stayed at Home2 Renaissance Club and was quite disappointed with my experience. This hotel is advertised as a 4-star establishment, but it falls short in several areas. Firstly, the gym and pool are open to the public and not exclusively for hotel guests. This made it difficult to enjoy these facilities without overcrowding. The hotel restaurant only opens at 7 PM, which is inconvenient if you want to have an early dinner or need food at other times. Additionally, the room service is inadequate, with limited options and slow service. The most distressing aspect of my stay was seeing 14-15 year old kids working as waiters and providing room service. This is unacceptable and heartbreaking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel as a 4-star accommodation. It needs significant improvements in its services and amenities to meet the standard it claims.
