Please clean the carpet in the dining room and in the corridor of my floor, though I cannot remember which floor

I was particularly charmed by being able to spend some quality time talking to two lovely young women, who had been very helpful in meeting my requests.e.g.how to work the TV etc

TV: TV had no internet connection from Hotel. You have to connect through your own hotspot, which in my opinion is highly stupid. They made us checkin to their 5th floor which we got to know is smoker's allowed floor. Upon complaining that our room was smelling bad due to smoke they made us wait for 1.5 hours to give us another room on 4th floor. They sure apologised but this experience was highly distasteful. We then called recpetion to send over some cutlery like plate and fork for us to have our dinner, and the same was sent 0.5 hour past our dinner was over.

Breakfast was superior quality with the selection being top tier. Extremely hygienic and clean kitchen with staff always ready to take your feedback to account. cleanliness was maintained through out the facility.

Our room key almost always wouldn't work for the elevators when we returned daily from day-trips. This was annoying. The only other issue we encountered was when we once requested the reception for an amenity, which ultimately was never delivered to our room. There weren't too may shops, restaurants or pharmacy nearby, not that it majorly impacted our stay.

The room allotted to us was spacious and clean with a good view. Check-in was super quick and efficient and staff at reception generally friendly. We had opted for the half-board plan. Food was amazing and varied. The staff at the restaurant does get a special mention as they were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive yet discreet. The room attendants too were pleasant to chat with, quick in their work and provided us extra water bottles, which was great. Good air conditioning and a powerful shower.

1) The checkout could be smooth. Waited for the boys to pick up our bags (everybody kept saying they will come), if they were busy should have informed us. Made us late for the outstation drive, finally we have to drag our own bags. 2) The driveway to pick up guests by taxi was confusing 3) Should keep toiletries based on the number of guest in the room. (shouldnt have to call for such minor services) 4) The toilet jetter was too harsh

Food during Breakfast and dinner in room service was best. Manager & serving staff at restaurant/in room were very courteous.

The bathrooms need a repair due to water leaks . This is something beyond the everyday workers. Management need to do some investments for maintainence.

As an international hotel, breakfast options shouldn't be so concentrated on Indian cuisine. There should be options.

Although the surroundings are not pretty, the location is centralized for business.

The lobby manager's attitude was not co-operative and check in was v slow.The guy was new and was scanning the papers again and again and lot of gossip on reception counter made us waiting for check in.

Staff was v co-operative, service overall , breakfast was good but items in BF are required to be increased like other 5 star and food was excellent.

The blinds were stained. Not a deal breaker.

Half Board was a nice surprise, thought it was breakfast only. Food was tasty. Complimentary taxi to local mall. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

1. We had to book a room for our friends earlier then originally booked and we were told by reception that they could not reserve at the desk and that they would need to book through booking.com. This was very unusual as normally you can book rooms with reception 2. I had asked reception to book a car to pick me up from Delhi airport on the 15th February. The person on reception took a picture of my flight details and advised that this would be arranged. However when I called on 24th to confirm reservation advised that nothing had been booked and so I had to make my own arrangements. Lucky that I checked as otherwise I would have been at the airport waiting!! This is not good customer service.

The head chef Mohan was outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate my friends one of whom was gluten intolerant and didn’t eat onion or garlic. He was fantastic!!!

The property should keep provision for hard pillows and mattresses. Not everyone is used-to soft and foamy beds and pillows.

The hospitality and facilities are at par. Special mention to Chef Prateek for his endeavours towards taking care of all our needs. Nice and clean rooms. Good spread of morning buffet breakfast.
