Nothing. But note that the hotel is a 40 minute drive from the old town, so possibly not the place to stay for popping out to the bazaars and sights.

This is a really beautiful building - a modern-day version of the palaces of Rajasthan. The service is top-notch. The main restaurant is buffet-style with a huge variety and very helpful staff. Rooftop bar area is well arranged with a lovely sunset view. Swimming pool area is comfortable and well maintained. We spent a whole day just enjoying being in the hotel.

Seems like weddings de-value the regular customer. The centre of the rear courtyard feature was not lit at night. No Netflix on the TV in the room.

I absolutely loved everything. I cannot think of one thing I did not like!

This is an incredibly beautiful and elegant hotel! The architecture is magnificent and the interior tastefully opulent. It is reminiscent, of days gone by. The palatial atmosphere with the right amount of luxury makes for an unforgettable experience. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and very welcoming. The rooms incredibly spacious and comfortable, amenities extensive with lots of attention to detail. Food choices mouthwatering and lavish!

1. The property is at a fair distance from the tourist areas and can take a while if traffic is bad. 2. The property charged more than originally agreed and we were promised that the amount would be refunded by assistant manager Ms. Tejaswi (who assured us multiple times). Unfortunately as expected, once we departed there was no response despite emails and calls.

Facility is beautiful (not heritage property although it looks like it). Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel welcome includes a complimentary drink and small gift. Traditional music and local activities in the courtyard are a nice touch. Rooms are good size and clean. Breakfast has a lot of variety, tasty and plentiful.

We stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed the experience. Everything was top notch - welcome hospitality with drinks and local ethnic wear was lovely, staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, food was very good (with live entertainment!), the property was beautifully maintained and the ambience was wonderful.

It’s out of control of the property but the area was a bit smoky in the evening and it was hard to breathe outside. The couch in our room had a few noticeable stains even though it looked pretty new. A Bissell would do the job on taking those stains off easily.

Excellent service, beautiful facility, great bathroom, amazing breakfast. As a nice surprise bonus we learned that the property has a tea time next to the pool in the evening with some activities. A Pink bar has some amazing cocktails 🍸. The bar manager was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great time with delicious drinks

Amazing property!! It is well kept, clean & beautiful. The staff is extremely nice & helpful. The rooms are big and spacious. They have a rooftop bar which is a vibe in the evening. They have some activities in the evening that are fun. The food is also good. It’s totally worth the money.

Hotel not geared up for cold weather! Would be good to have heaters in the restaurants and the option for heat in the room's AC systems (only had cold air and we had to ask for a small heater to plug in). Otherwise, no complaints!

Staff were incredible and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible, from the unique welcome we received, to catering for individual food requests. The hotel itself was flawless in recreating a royal Rajasthani experience and had amazing food and activities for the guests. Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable.

I liked the personalised touch of their services. It’s a beautiful property and the staff know what they are doing. Multiple restaurants with different ambiance to try and there is a bakery too. The property has a open courtyard which looks stunning

If the pool was heated we would have loved to swim.

Hyatt Regency is a haven amidst the city .A driveaway from the city, but once at the hotel, we didn't feel like leaving. The hotel helped us with laundry that we needed within a short space of time. The high tea hosted by the hotel was very beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were of superior standard. The breakfast was outstanding.We had a problem with dining at a members only venue. However, the manager handled the complaint with professionalism and diligence. We felt that we were well compensated and handled with care and understanding. The staff are amazing. Treated like royalty.
