Service of the staff (security, breakfast staff and front desk) was below standard when compared with other 5 star Indian hotels. Quality and taste of breakfast also below average compared to other five star hotels in India.

I paid for a club room. the club was closed. No mention of a discount was given. The room was not what I expected. The floors are plastic and not very appealing. The size of the room was good, but the furnishings were sparse considering the extra paid for it.

Breakfast and all meals were excellent. The restaurant staff went out of their way to take care of us. The grounds were beautiful. The daily extras in the court yard were an added surprise as well as the custom greeting experience.

The room seemed very sterile and uninviting. The plastic flooring in the bedroom was not appealing. I paid extra for using the club room area, but it was closed for renovations most of the time and I was unable to use it as was advertised, No discount was offered. Farther from the historical sites than I would have liked.

The grounds were beautiful. The hotel building itself was spectacular. We were treated to a very special welcome that was fun and made us feel special The pool was very nice as well as the daily activities around the outdoor courtyard. The dining room staff was very good and made our stay even better. The food was exceptional.

Reached at 12.30 noon and asked the restaurant for food and they said nothing is ready, which was wierd and experiencing for the first time in a Hyatt property. Room service options were limited. One of us fell ill during the stay and they did bring in a doctor, who was clearly interested in taking money more than treating, for a food poisoning incident, he advised all sorts of scans plus dropped a heavy fear in mind by saying this is Appendicitis, insisting that we do these tests at his hospital alone, he charged 2500 for the visit😅

Very huge and spacious, food was ok

it could’ve been perfect had they provided a heater in our room. We had a big room and in winter, no heating system. I got very sick after. Bathroom was so cold and faucet nozzle on the other end of the shower makes it more inconvenient to deal with the cold.

Very lovely architecture, amazing interior. I love the welcome gesture of putting on a turban to my boys. Our room was very spacious and modern, high ceilings, big bathroom. Breakfast was superb and staff at the breakfast restaurant were so good. Great restaurant service. Dinner buffet was also amazing!

The hotel cannot be recommended if you want to immerse yourself in the city of Jaipur, as it is very far out (it takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the centre by taxi). The area around the hotel is unfortunately very ugly and run-down, and the surrounding traffic is very noisy, so you rarely have peace and quiet when you are lying by the pool, for example. However, the traffic noise does not reach the rooms. The staff in the restaurant on the roof is polite but incredibly pushy - while we were eating, a new waiter came every 5 minutes and asked if everything was alright. This is neither polite nor courteous, but simply impertinent.

The hotel is very grand, spacious and modern. The rooms are very new, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful, there is also a wide choice at dinner (and a beautiful terrace at the very top of the building). The staff is mostly very polite and courteous and not at all intrusive. There is a large pool outside which is very clean.

The rooms were paper thin and can hear everything, which wasn’t nice and didn’t have a great night of sleep. Rooms need some sounds proofing, especially when paying some high rates.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the F&B staff.

Not terrible, but not what i expect from Hyatt brand either
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple
    • King Room

Any Hyatt brand hotel sets itself a very high 5-star benchmark for all aspects of the hotel itself and service provided. However there were a number of issues: - cleanliness - room itself was clean, but lift to rooms was very dusty and wasn't cleaned even after i pointed it out; - pool was cloudy and surrounded by muddy footprints around the edge first thing in the morning, not very inviting; - Generally lots of construction defects around the place - broken gym window, power outlet covers hanging off walls, wires sticking out above lift, tiles broken in various places, furniture that didnt fit the space and hung out into the hallway, access doors to room utilities - electricals etc - are not discrete & visible along the hallways - resembling a cheap apartment block, not a 5star hotel; - staff were good in most cases but some additional training would help lift everything to next level. - i requested a catch up with management to discuss my feedback but was really only consulted as i was l checking out. Management need tom make themselves more available. All of these things are relatively small to most people but if im booking a room at a Hyatt and paying 5 star prices i expect a certain level of quality that just wasn't there. Management should do a walk-around the entire hotel, clipboard in hand & audit the hotel internally, fix what is broken or poorly constructed and ensure the hotel is worthy of the Hyatt brand. I would also recommend management visit the Oberoi in Agra and stay for a night and see what level of staff training and quality of facilities is possible.

Hotel looks amazing and has very local historic vibe, reception lobby is stunning and interior courtyard is instagrammers dream (see first 3 photos). Gardens are beautiful but newish and will look amazing once fully grown and lush. Staff in main restaurant were friendly and helpful and guided us on how to eat local delicacies and prepared some specifically for us, even making us a soy-chai (a new concept for the staff). Room was clean and contemporary, shower in room had great water pressure and bed was very comfortable.

Found insects/ants in the room. The breakfast buffet can be improved to include more continental than just the regular Indian cuisine that we eat normally. Being a 5-star property, the pool should have been temperature-controlled.

It is not worth the price. This property is good for people who are looking for events/marriages, but not for leisure trips. One can find better hotels at this price.
