The wait near the railway crossing but not so bad also.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Ibis Styles. Most importantly the EV Car Charging facility.

Probably just how the key card would get deactivated when kept close to the phone but that's just me nitpicking.

We were looking for a pet friendly hotel and Ibis Styles fit the bell! Everything was just as we imagined and more - the friendly and welcoming staff, delicious breakfast spread, clean and beautiful hotel interiors and just generally a very lovely stay. We honestly couldn't find a single fault. I feel like the Ibis team at Mysore should pat themselves on the back for doing such a good job at making their guests feel at ease.

Nothing I can think of!

New property. Nice location,Nice interior, good security measures, nice dinning area and food (yes abit on expensive side but worth it) We loved every bit of it. Friendly staff - I remember Kasturi’s name but there were good smart young folks. Well Trained smart staff in smart semi casual uniform. Quick services.

Parking facility (valet parking ) & help with luggage during checkout was not available.

The Dinner I had was excellent, value for money. The Breakfast could have been better.

There was no knowledgeable staff, no staff to gelp you with housekeeping,room service, not worth for the money spend a very small room with not much facility.

Staff needs to be kore organized . There was a firealarm during our stay at night . Coming out we understood it was a false alarm but no ine was bothered to informmus or guide us in the floor

Checkin was delayed by 2-1/2 hours. We booked three rooms. They allotted an already occupied room. The new room allotted had clogged bath and not hot water. It was rectified well past midnight. The staff at the front desk and cafe need training. No senior person is present to guide the interns.

Hotel room size for family of 4 members is too small. I would like to appreciate to the hotel staff to provide mattress to accommodate my daughter.

I liked the hotel and the behaviours of staff. Also, breakfast was excellent. Location is little bit far from the city but connectivity to the city is excellent.

Need to work on room service n housekeeping to work efficiently n quickly even when the hotel is running at full occupancy. Can't keep guest waiting or calling repeatedly.

Ibis styles mysore, offered a pleasureable n comfortable stay with stylishly designed rooms..themed on the ranganatha birds Santuary! It was a perfect place for my family. We loved the decor n ambience was complimented by warm n friendly front dest staff . Special thanks to Tulika, the duty manager in assisting us swiftly with all our last minute accommodation requirements and giving us a brief about the property. It was a nice stay ;-)

Very bad experience ,careless staff Water leakage in room,ac not working properly ,false alarm in midnight And no bothers to help you

Very bad experience with this property. 1. First day there is water leakage issue in the room,when asked to change the room they took their own time and then they shifted to smaller room where AC was not working,after complain someone came and they said it ll take an hour for ac to adjust but it never happened. 2. Second day, all of sudden in mid night fire alarm started ringing and it continues till 5 mins and no one in helpdesk pick the call to answer what happened,neither any announcement. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and even the food is expensive.

D bed seems a Lil small as it's queen size, if it was a king size thn everything wud just be perfect.
