I booked a room for double occupancy for one day and I liked the services provided by the staff, I was impressed more and continued and extended my stay for four more days. The staff at reception and the staff of service persons are so good in servicing, more responsible, sincerely doing their work. With a small problem I requested to change the room immediately without asking anything they considered my request and changed. I am very much thankful to all the staff. Ramesh

Fridge didn't appear to work very well and unable to turn on the TV. A bit of minor attention required to sweeping of the floor, quite a bit of fluff and the ring pull of a can were very noticeable. All easily resolved with attention to detail.

Very nice rooms, quite spacious and well laid out. Very nice restaurant with a good variety of choices for dinner, also served beer. Unfortunately we left to early for breakfast, but will have it on our return later in the month.

The constant banging on the wall from the construction. No windows. No natural light. The laundry service could be quicker and charge by weight not items of clothing. A t-shirt of a large person and the tshirt of a toddler costume the same to wash according to your pricing.

The staff were accommodating and polite. They were helpful and professional.

In an excellent location for the main railway station and links to the metro and airport. Very clean room and comfy bed and staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread had plenty of choice and it was good value for money. We would definitely stay again if passing through Delhi.

ROOM SERVICE. The TV in my room did not work for 2 days, I called room service many times but they did not come to my room even once to fix the TV.

The sockets in my room didn’t really work. Had trouble using them. It is quite loud if you are facing the main road but luckily I wear earplugs wherever I go so had no problem with that

The bedroom I stayed in was very spacious with comfortable beds. The location was great and the staff was very helpful. The bathroom was clean and so was the room. Was nice to get slippers to wear around too. Breakfast was an interesting mix of food to choose from and there was something for everyone. We also ate here for dinner a few times and it was really good food for a great price. The service is a bit slow so don’t eat here if you are in a rush.

I wasn't aware that there was a series of construction/renovations happening in the area, along with other buildings and I caused some noise and affect certain facilities for a bit.

All staff should provide immediate support for room and facility issues.

The staff were courteous. Room size was ok. My room was not so clean but they cleaned it on request and also offered to shift to another room as there were marks of water seepage on the walls. Breakfast menu had good varieties. Location of the property is close to the railway station. Overall experience was satisfactory

Rooms were good for the price; staff were very nice and polite. Breakfast was tasty!

The bathrooms were not the cleanest and there was a hole in the ceiling. You can hear noises from the other rooms. Our room neighbors were not noisy so it can be a problem if you have noisy people staying next to you.

The staff is really kind and so nice in case you have any concern. The location was great! Nearby the train station of Delhi in case you are taking a train to Jaipur. Breakfast was delicious! And so diverse.
