Staff behaviour specialy reception staff who works in morning @ 6 am today

As with seemingly all hotels, the WiFi is marginal at best.

The Singh Empire is a good property at a very good price. The staff are great; everyone is personable and bends over backwards to help. Breakfast is good; I like the automatic machine: push a button and a latte comes out! The travel desk is run by a very helpful guy who answers questions and solves any problem with your travel needs. Pro tip: book a *SUPERIOR* room; they’re much nicer than the “deluxe”.

Other staff, services, breakfast, breakfast was just a name sake they serve one day puri bhaji, one day paratha, no other.

The manager joshi on the desk, he is quite professional and handle the customer like five star hotel

Rooms were not clean or not maintained properly. Cloths and other things placed outsidethe room. Bathroom was not good. AC was not working. Bathroom was not good. .

Break fast was poor as very little choices were there. Location is very bad. Surroundings is not clean or neat.

The property is amazing and the cleanliness is superb …… You should always book the buffet breakfast because the taste of the food is delicious. Everyday different menu is decided and variety of options are available. Whenever I visit Delhi I stay in this hotel only…. Peaceful stay…… I loved it

The TV channels . Its full of Indian channels and I hardly found one international channel. I didn't use the TV at all. Also its would have been great of I had even a little sunlight in the room

Room phone was not working. Informed several times. Had to go down all the way from 3rd floor to lobby to order foods. Never repair the phone. Bathroom shower was broken. Had to bath from a bucket as shower handle was damaged. Ordered the dinner around 9pm one day after going to the lobby. They have forgotten the order and food was given 11pm. Pillows were wet and yellowish. That yellow color is visible on pillow cases too. We had only two glasses. No cups. Kettle was broken and it was dangerous to boil water. Only ate hotel food and I had a food poisoning for 3 days and my stay was horrible.

The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned. The breakfast was delicious and the buffet consisted of a good variety. I enjoyed my stay very much and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay for an affordable price

I went to the Sweden embassy and got late 1-hour after checkout time and they have changed for an extra full day. Next dor room people were smoking and the smoke was leaking into my room. Average room and bathroom. No iron or most of the items mentioned in booking.com.

Night staff at reception is very roudfull man. He was showing erogency and talking very roudly when i ask for early check in.

All staffs except reception night duty staff are very nice down to earth, cooperative, helpfull and nice way of talking.

It is a budget hotel. When we went to the room, we noticed that the bedsheets, the duvet cover, and pillow cases had not been changed. There were (body)hair left by people who had stayed in the room before us. It was disgusting. We had to request the staff to change all bedding. Even the new bedding had stains. The room had no ventilation and was claustrophobic. All surfaces were also quite dusty. The bathroom was dirty: the floors had not been scrubbed in a while, there was mold all over the walls, and water/ liquid stains on all surfaces. The towels were old and worn out. There was no separation of the shower area. So, the entire bathroom (including the toilet seat) gets wet when you shower. It was disgusting.

The only thing good about the property was the location.

Except position, I didn't like anything for this hotel. I can rate this as a maximum 1 star hotel. Their everything is not in order except the reception.

Position of this hotel, I liked most. metro is nearby. You can go in there by walking 4 to 5 mins.
