Surrounding area

Delhi had everything to throw at us but Singh Empire looked after us as we are their honored guests. Was luxarious and comfortable as a gateaway from the harsh weather and from the surrounding environment at New Delhi. As facinating as Delhi, the hotel and it's staff were also facinating and friendly in all ways. I and my family had a good time there.

Many rooms have no windows

Excellent location, rooms clean and confortable. Buffet breakfast is good. Despite there is a busy street, you don’t hear any noise from the street. AC is silent. New Delhi train station is 5 min away on foot.

The power cut in the area and the noise from the ongoing renovation work.(but it is short term)

The staff is very kind and polite. especially Mr. Kunal. Entire stay of mine is satisfactory except uncontrollable power cut issue at the area. The flexible arrangement of the hotel management is appreciated. I went their with my wife and 3.5 year daughter before the check in time. the hotel staff was so kind and helped me to check in to a comfortable room within very short time as I discussed. Hence I rate hotel's empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance is in satisfactory and appreciated level. Food also, tasty.

This is my second visit in the hotel. First one was better. We got a special treatment. Free drinks 🍸 etc. but second visit was normal or good. I noticed that in the room there were no curtains then they changed my room on my request. And room was amazing furniture was amazing. But still from curtains it was visible as i was with my female friend not with my husband this time so managed. And dryer was not in working condition! Staff was good helpful. I would say in pahadganj delhi new railway station the kings empire is the better choice among all hotels. It was safe too

The location. It situated in really busy and dirty street.

The hotel room's cleanliness is okay. We had a comfortable stay there. Room is quite spacious and basic amenities are there. The staff is friendly and sone of them really helped us and I should ve thankful for them!

On first day they missed to clean the wash room and some of forgot to keep room essentials. But once we inform they provided quick support.

Really appriciate about their service front desk to room service. Kunal is the person who did grate job through the room service. Keep it up with good service. We will recommend this hotel to other frienda too. Valued for money.

The air conditioning is not enough for hot days. The entrance and the outside too busy and not good for walking around and no place to shopping or food stalls. Heavy vehicles sound and vibration disturbing. Dining area is not enough as per the number of rooms.

Very close to the air port, railway station and embassies. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is having 6 to 7 deferent food. Dine in in room is best option than Dining area.
