1. We are pure vegetarian family.Even after explaining multiple times,they served non veg at room. 2. The AC was not functional.Even after repeated reminders,they failed to rectify. 3. They dont have sense of veg-non veg differences.In the breakfast buffet,they kept chicken sausage and tikki in one bowl with partition.The non veg guys wishing to eat both items were using same tongs.

Location is excellent for travellers.

The hotel is located very conveniently close from major attractions in Delhi and is easily accessible. The room size is good for value and are cleaned regularly. Their restaurant is also very good with delicious food and value for money.

This hotel deserves a 5 stars rating. Bedroom exceptionally clean and good size comfortable bed, bathroom was also very clean with excellent hot shower. Hair dryer along with toiletries supplied. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in room. We were allowed to check in early with no issues. All staff very helpful and welcoming throughout our 2 night stay. Restaurant served good buffet breakfast selection of Indian food, cereals, toast and fruit. Excellent coffee choice, Indian chai and English tea. Had our evening meal here good selection and reasonable price, even cooked food without any spices for me without any problems. The hotel has many beautiful features is immaculately clean, smells lovely, has a lift and the most amazing staff who make sure you are well looked after. I highly recommend this hotel to any nationality, our room was so quiet despite the hotel is on a main road. Easy access to tuk tuks to take you to Red Fort, Humayuns tomb, Old Delhi etc. Will definitely be staying here again in June before I return to the UK

Facilities were not as shown. It was just a budget hotel located in a very unpleasant area. Food also not so good. They charged for water even.

The hotel room facilities are up to the standard, clean rooms and bathroom rooms with hot water. Good space and air conditioned rooms. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room service is good and it only takes less than 20min to deliver the order. Food is delicious and had the best taste. Highly recommend for any short stay and alos fits your budget.

24 hour checkin. We arrived late in the evening and were able to have dinner in the restaurant (room service also available 24 hours). Delicious food and cold beer. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Plenty of items in tea/coffee tray, en-suite was clean. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent (Indian and western buffet style)- included in price of stay. Comfortable seating area / lounge. Good coffee. Staff all friendly and helpful. Location excellent-near railway station and metro. Complimentary late check out. Would definitely recommend and will be back next time we stay in Delhi.

Very difficult to get a taxi. Very crowded and dusty area. AC didn’t work properly. Corridor light comes into the room. Bathroom wasn’t good and had uncovered electric wire joints which is very unsafe. Pillows and mattress weren’t comfortable.

The hotel is premium priced as a four star hotel. But I wouldn’t say the experience is four star. The showers were cold and I had to ask for a drink from three different staff members before it was eventually delivered to my room. There were no spoons with the complimentary beverage sachets in the room and I had to use a toothbrush end as a mixer. The hotel is named as ‘Singh’ empire (which would refer to the Sikh faith/history) but there is a lack of branding / theme within the hotel itself. For example there are no photographs of the Sikh Gurus or the Golden Temple itself. The hotel needs to make improvements for the price they advertise for.

They woke me up at 5:30 AM by knocking the door. I asked them to put my energy drink to a fridge and they froze it. Completely ruined my day and whole experience with this behavior. They say on Booking that check-out is 12PM, but on reception it’s written 11AM. It’s located in a heavy traffic area.

They have a lot of gym equipment and the gym is always empty.

The price of the food in the hotel was a bit expensive compared to outside but that’s sort of expected.

The staff were great and very accommodating. They were very knowledgeable and recommended great places to visit and go shopping. They even recommended a driver to us who drove us everywhere.
