Room a little tired but fine

Good value and location as you could go for a wander down the busy side streets, had a room with a view of the road which was full of life and tuk tuks, carts, oxon just great to relax after a hectic day. They also arranged car and drivers for us including airport pick up and for our onward journey.

I specifically ordered a room with separate beds(there was such an option), but we were offered a room with one bed only, then we were offered a dirty room that the staff tried to clean up in our presence. The window opened to the neighbor's house and we could hear the voices from there. Need to wait a long time for hot water. There were just wires instead of switchers. I asked to exchange some usds but even though 2 managers counted the money, I found a small shortfall.

Bedding wasn't cleaned properly, and bathroom is very basic.

Hotel manager was very helpful in setting up a driver to show us around Delhi on the way back to the airport.

To begin with no hot water , washrooms are not up to the standard. Managers exhibit very rude and unacceptable behavior. They tricked us into charging for two nights, which we didn't stay for. When I was unhappy about it, they volunteered to drop me off at the airport. I had 4 hours to the flight when I checked out of the hotel with my mother and 6M baby. After I got in their vehicle, the hotel driver refused to take us to the airport, saying it was heavy traffic! Imagine that in the middle of a night carrying an infant, myself and my mother were extremely helpless because of their unacceptable evil actions. I don't believe humans can do such things! please don't stay at this hotel or the paharganj area! They were forcing us to review before leaving the hotel because they had this planned to leave us on the road. Deceiving humans is not smart! I wondered how they have at least 4 or 5 out of 5 reviews; anyway, mostly it's less than 3/5. probably their friends are reviewing, not genuine.

Paharganj is NOT the place to stay for a girl or lady. Very crowded and messy. Cheap hotels everywhere.

The rooms were terrible, don't be taken in by the pictures on site. One of our rooms, the smell was so strong that my sister was unable to sleep and had concerns about her asthma. Shower didn't work, the kettle didn't work. There was building work going on in the room next door, cement dust was everywhere. Didn't stay the 3 nights booked, left in the morning.

The rooms doesn't look like they were in the photos. Booking.com.should delist just hotels from their platform. The washrooms were so bad. They looked really bad. Would not recommend it to anyone

Overpriced. Staff lazy. Requested a beer with room service told they had none and promptly hung up on. Reported this to management who sent staff to buy beer. One hour later no beer. Made another inquiry about beer some time later hot beer arrived.

Didn’t get what I booked for. Traveled with my 2 teenage daughters. We booked a triple room. Once we arrived we were offered 1 large bed! I declined, then offered a twin room with a mattress on the floor. Then offered a small twin room with a fold up bed. Then offered two rooms but told I’d have to pay extra. I declined - simply I wanted what I booked. Then then agreed not to charge for 2 rooms but offered me a very smelly smoking room. Finally got two rooms but neither had a window. Although we all got our own bed, it was a hassle as we had one suitcase. The arrival process took an hour and was stressful - it’s not meant to be. Once we settled in, the receptionist asked us to sit down in their reception, I thought they were going to apologise or offer us something, but instead it was to try and sell us an excursion. Not what I wanted. The rooms are noisy and also the doors have little windows above them so all of the light from the corridor floods your room at night. I’d avoid this hotel!

Horrible Hotel. Not at all recommended to anyone. We found bed bugs and cockroaches in rooms and have to switch the rooms twice. Rooms are smelly and mattress , bedsheet and pillow look dirty. Very bad experience for my family. Staff doesn't listen to phone calls. Please delist this hotel from your app

Not as clean as we thought. Front appearance is poor. Majority of the staffs don’t know English. Located in untidy and smelly street. Wi-Fi needs to reactivate each morning. Unfriendly (not smiling or feel welcomed) staff. They all need a proper training on hotel management or equivalent. Dangerous wiring (TV socket). Some refurbishment work going on first floor. Noisy street 24 hours. Not enough power points.

It is a terrible area to stay in, don’t be fooled by the reviews of this place. The room was furnished with old and dirty furniture. A distinct smell of mould was present everywhere. We weren’t sure about the cleanliness of the sheets. The bathroom was dirty, even the toilet wasn’t flushed. The sink was dripping down when you turn it on. We booked the deluxe room but were given a room in the inside with no windows. We asked for a better room a couple of times but was not provided. We were not given any towels or toiletries. We stayed a total of 4 nights, only on our final evening they asked us if we want cleaning, which we declined seeing the poor quality of their work. Some guests were very noisy, leaving their doors open and shouting to each other all night. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Seeing the high rating they have makes me question if the reviews they have are genuine!

Breakfast was okay. The staff was quick to brimg things we have asked for. AC works good.

- smelly and stinky bathrooms - sh*t (excuse me) leftovers in a toilet at the time we’ve checked it - dirty linens and towels - cockroaches - dirty in general It was 5AM when we’ve checked in, so it was difficult to find some other accommodation, so we had to stay there. We’ve pointed these things out, they’ve promised to either fixed or give us another room. Nothing got fix of course, we got a new (supposedly better room), but it was all the same. Besides, when in the morning we wanted to have some proper sleep, some drilling and construction work began in a hallway. So they had a renovation ongoing in a rooms of that floor, but yet they moved us to that room. So drilling noise from early morning and lights off during entire morning when were supposed to prepare ourselves and check out.

Well, probably location is good if you want to go for some sightseeing. That was one of our criteria’s when we’ve decided to book a room here
