Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. India- The bed is far too small for two people, making it very uncomfortable. It's surprising that such a beautiful apartment has such a small bed. - The bedsheets and cushions were not clean, and we also found dead cockroaches in the house. With better maintenance, this could be an excellent apartment, especially considering its perfect price, amenities and location.
- The hotel is in an excellent location, offering great connectivity for traveling around the city. - The serviced apartment is fully equipped with amenities, from a water filter to a washing machine, all of which are well-maintained. - The building has a lift, which is especially helpful when handling heavy luggage. - We arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m., and the receptionist was kind enough to make arrangements and be available to assist us.

IndiaThe water filter was not functioning, and the internet connection was intermittent. I reported the problem with the water filter, and although support staff came to inspect it, there was no follow-up or resolution before I checked out. The internet connectivity was also unsatisfactory, hindering my ability to work from my laptop. Even on my phone, the connection was unstable, which was quite inconvenient.

IndiaLocation is bad. Staffs were very rude. Fridge was there but was not working. AC was not working. As soon as you enter the room, they will start demanding to make the payment. Will not even bother whether the guests are tired or had their food or not. TV is there but is not working. Even the hand soap liquid was not refilled. No request is accepted by the officials. I know the whole property were empty. Still they will force you to check out the room before 11.30 stating that another guest is coming to the room to stay for 1 month and they have to clean the room. There is no consideration for late checkin. Anyways, it is my bad choice to choose this property by seeing the rating given which I think is fake.
I could not tell anything positive about this property. Just that bathroom were neat. Wifi connectivity was good.

United KingdomThere is no on-site reception so we had to come and call them and they take around 10 minutes to send someone with keys and help us check-in. I think they should make this clear on the booking site so we can let them know what time we will be there.
The apartment is spacious, clean, and self-contained. Very comfortable bed. Good size bathroom and lounge with kitchen. Good cupboard space. I really liked it.

IndiaThe staff at the hotel were not at all aligned at which rooms are occupied. We had a power failure at 12 midnight after which a staff member tried to barge in our room with the other set of keys to see what’s wrong with the electricity. Had we not latched our door, he would directly come in. Also, the entrance of the hotel was blocked by cars. Images shared for reference purpose.
