Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United Arab Emiratesthe location of the pool- the restaurant where bF is served has the view of the pool- making it an intrusion into the privacy of those swimming. the amenities in the bathroom were sub par. the business center had a rule of not being able to print more than 4 pages and since I was there for work, need close to 10 pages but wasn’t complimentary - odd, coz I stayed in the Junior suite!
spacious rooms! courteous employees. was allowed early check in by 11:30 despite a busy day and late check out too. thank you Garima (intern), and Pratik - duty manager for making my stay comfortable and accommodating a late check out having understood my need of the hour. at breakfast they very kindly were able to make me vegan pancakes as instructed. seamless stay! will def return

Australiacompared to Taj where stayed just three weeks ago it lacks the grandeur, warm staff and impeccable hospitality. also I was travelling with my son who is 15 years old and we were given a room which had tinted bathroom glass and it was awkward to shower. ITC is more business and couple less family oriented I am afraid. lastly there were people entering the restaurant in their pyjama unlike other good hotels where one has to adhere to smart casual.

IndiaThe property is very small and not much things to do when you are going for a staycation. We booked tower room for 3 people which was supposed to have a king size bed. However, the bed size was a little bit smaller than the normal size bed which is offered for 2 people. They have limited number of option in their buffet. I have stayed in other 5 start hotel for same price or lesser price in gurugram and they gave bigger room, bigger washroom, garden in the balcony and had many options in buffet that I couldn't even try some of the options and too when I am vegiterian.
Cleanliness, Propery was small but beautiful, they gave us complimantary snacks and drinks (Limited options).
