United StatesPoor billing practices. They downgraded the room, but took full charge of a triple room. Breakfast billing is poor leading to overcharge unless one records it upfront. Most rooms are exposed to very disturbing noise of street and horns. The staff are really loud in the corridors.
The staff are very friendly and try to work with the guest.

IndiaThe hotel pictures shown are shown only fr front side. There are places where old curtains are lying around. There is unhygienic spit all around in corners of hotel. From service point of view they don't give basic 1 lit bottle. I did not like the vibe of hotel at all. There is lot of paint off in room around AC. No windows to room for airy feel. Staff always keeps on eating paan/tobacco and it really feels filthy. Definitely not worth the money they charge and I won't recommend to anybody.
The location is really good. Food is decent.

United StatesRooms were bad - phone receiver was broken in one of the rooms, towels and linen were visibly dirty. Requested heaters for the 2 rooms that I booked but only 1 was provided. Staff was hesitant to provide the payment receipt and they asked me to transfer money to a third party Paytm number (not affiliated with the Hotel in anyway) and this was very unprofessional.
24 hours hot water. Location was good and staff were helpful during checkout. Breakfast was aloo paratha and it was good. Checkin was smooth. I requested adjacent rooms and this was provided.

IndiaStaff was not at all responsive. I booked 2 double deluxe rooms but got sub standard rooms with pathetic facilities. There were no bath towels in the rooms and after asking multiple times they gave hand towels as if they did some favour on us. Beds were disgusting. Bedsheets seem as if they weren't cleaned from ages I have a laundry list of complaints but would stop here but will sincerely request booking.com to delist this property and save the future travellers
