Location in regards to Taj Mahal was great. Neighborhood was sketchy, couldn’t get there in a taxi due to road closures and had to squish 4 of us (3 big guys) in a tuk-tuk.

Apart from its proximity to the East Gate of Taj Mahal, rooftop cafe view of Taj and economical living, the property is just fine to stay for a night or two. The geyser, AC, water dispenser, taps work fine, but there was smell of mould in the room. Also the ceiling fan made a lot of noise throughout the night. The staff was very cooperative and helpful.

Joey’s is the place to stay in Agra. The staff very welcoming, views of the Taj Mahal on the rooftop cafe, will store your belongings safely, a place to rest until your room is ready if you arrive early.. so close to The Taj Mahal for the sunrise. Highly recommend!

I especially want to mention Yash, who was an outstanding employee. His greeting was so warm and genuine, making us feel instantly comfortable. What truly set Yash apart was his willingness to share his knowledge of Indian culture, history, and customs. We had many fascinating conversations with him, and we learned so much. The first room assined was in a under construction building, with no safety conditions and far away from the main building. But the situation was immediately resolved.

Unfortunately there were a lot of noises from the street at any time and I couldn't sleep very well. The restaurant is good, but breakfast was very poor in quantity. They brought me the tost butter, and jam already made it with not so much jam.

The facility was super close to the Taj Mahal and it was very convenient. Room small,but very cute with everything you need even the electric kettle. At the reception they were very nice and willing to help me anytime. The view of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop is ok no so crazy

There are many guests checking in and out, so the wait can be quite long.

Very close to the Taj Mahal, making it easy to enter the site early in the morning. The room is overall clean and tidy, and the rooftop restaurant offers a great view of the Taj Mahal. The communal spaces are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful — a stay that gives peace of mind.

The overall stay was a little underwhelming because first we were given a room without hot water and when we complaint they gave a new room with some construction noise the whole afternoon.

The location is the best thing about the hostel, you can see the Taj Mahal from the rooftop which is something epic when we come from so far only to see this place.

The room was okay. I booked two private rooms and wouldnt describe either as deluxe or luxury, but certainly passable. With the positives I mentioned though if the Taj is your main reason for visiting, then this is the place to stay!

No real view from our room but we were only staying for one night and spent most of our time out.

The view of the Taj Mahal is wonderful. They serve breakfast buffet until quite late and do tasty menu food in the evenings. The terrace has a very laid back, casual feel to it.

Check-in procedure could be faster.

The location is amazing, 2 min walking to the Taj, surounded by many local little stores. Rajeev leading the afternoon tour is amazing, he made our wat to move in Agra super easy
