IndiaWhat you expect from the fab chain is what you get here - clean and well sanitized room, all rooms and washroom painted in white can't spot any dirt, washrooms well cleaned and hygienic, Daikin air conditioning. Hot water supply and lastly tasty healthy breakfast to get you going with one hot one cold and beverage of your choice which was filly and included in room price. No doubt it's now one of the oldest property of fab hotel in Gujarat.

During check in it took 10 mins to fill register and scan ID card whish as per hotel is compulsory to upload to government. Other wise all things are well managed. Best part is I gave laundry in the morning and received same day evening. I prefer to stay in this hotel.

United KingdomWhen I arrived at front desk I had a severe headache. The person at desk not only made me fill out the usual book and passport copy, but also a huge additional form. He was very stressy about all the details on this additional form, making check in much harder than it needed to be. I was standing there about 20 minutes, he didn't help me at all with luggage, and didn't help when he could see I was unwell and asked to be shown to the room and to complete this extra long process later. He also brought change from booking to the room, and hammered on the door, and opened the door of the room when it was closed. He attempted to open door again when he needed another copy of my passport. This should never happen in a hotel. Not a huge deal, but some customer service training is definitely required there. I'm currently in a cheaper hotel where check in was easy, smooth and courteous, so its definitely possible on a budget stay.
