IndiaThe television in one of the rooms was non functional. A request was registered at the reception to get it fixed. The personnel came to attend to the complaint however did not work on it. The television was not operational during the stay.
The room was very neat and clean. All the amenities were well placed.

IndiaStaff are very rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all. They do not accept a new guest. After 11 o clock night no one is available at the desk. Very shabbily managed. No lift but no one helps to take your luggage up stairs. Very unfriendly staff. They were not allowing me to check in and then check out as my advance payment ( paid 20 Hrs before to Fab) was not updated in their system. The worst part was, I had to make calls continuously to Fab, as their lines come busy continuously to update the in their system and then I was allowed to leave. Please don’t go to this hotel. I booked for 3 of my family members and paid for 3 but facilities were provided for 2. I felt as if the staff are not happy that you have come. I travel frequently but the staff here were the worst

IndiaI will prefer not to visit this hotel. OWNER IS VERY RUDE .Very very bad experience i had. I did checked in 8PM after traveling from Mumbai. I was tired. As soon as i reached hotel. One senior citizen was at the reception. He informed me that we have shifted yr booking to our owner's relative hotel due to medical emergency and all this happend without intimation. When i had word with owner he told me that either u cancel yr booking or find some other option.He left me with me no option. I had to pay him remaining amount for his relatives hotel. And i had to travel 2-3 km for his relatives hotel.

Indiawirh prior information i reached property at 7 am inspite of agreement for additional charges i was not provided room as the room was not blocked. my family with child was made to manage in the staircase. no lift since the property is 2 floors we had to lift our luggage ourselves

I had pre booking the hotel still when i reached to the hotel along with my kid and my aged parents they told me that they have cancelled the booking and refused to allot me the room stating they will give preference to the prepaid customers first. Hotel staff is not at all supportive. person sitting on the reception is clueless about the bookings and the manager doesn't give a damn about your bookings. WORST HOTEL AND THE STAFF. will never recommend to anyone even if its the last hotel available.
