The room needs some maintenance: The colour of the walls is falling down in certain corners and one part of the tap was falling out. Nothing terrible, but it could be improved:-) Also, some staff member are barely able to communicate in English (others do). Finally, the hotel can only be reached by car/taxi, and the streets leading to it are to small for a bus/autobus.

The interior of the rooms is nice and comfortable with huge windows and a wonderful view at sunset time, you can have a tasty dinner and breakfast in the hotel and the staff is friendly and will try to answer your questions.

Didnt like the location of the hotel that much. Getting uber to the hotel was a bit of a hassle.

Wifi was not good enough they used extenders to bring wifi to level 2 floors which was not enough speed and got cut off mid way. Also need contacts or tie ups with bike rentals. Cab in the reception was expensive.

Best place for couples, neat rooms and toilets which has unlimited hot water which flows like a waterfall. Good breakfast may add more dishes to the buffet. Price was affordable. Need to have dosa live counters and more options for juice. We did not have any juice in the breakfast. Best place nice and neat - near the airport so convenient and they checked us early without a fee. Thanks guys - But need to call a friend who can speak Kannada to talk to them for this request.

Close to the airport and good for transits. Very spacious, comfortable and clean room with a lounge area and a great view around. The bathroom was spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very helpful and we had a good stay. Definitely value for money.

Casual approach by staff. But that can be rectified. Early morning packed breakfast requests should be taken care of on priority. Not for maintaining any class but just a genuine gesture towards your job.

Restroom did smell a bit and the room was very cold at night. Seems to be the insulation was not that good.

Room was good with basic amenities. My TV was not working and management changed it. Also they were very helpful with the concerns and they were addressed faster.
