Speed of food order & some one needs to manage crowd during breakfast /re- filling/service & cleaning.

Must visit place and Must visit Hotel. The team is really very responsive & I frequent this place often. Only challenge was post covid this was my first trip. Mr. Naushad/Mr. Guru /Mr. Prasad and team are all helpful . Food is of very good quality & tasty. Good family hotel. Must try Veg Biryani/Alu Gobi/Bhakri/Pitla, all made with special request as my family is quite a foodie. Chef Ibrahim was great too. Morning break fast spread is good too. Kids menu...is quite thoughtful. Excellent experience as always

We had a good experience at the hotel, reception was good, we were also contacted before our arrival if any vehicle is to be arranged for pick up Had a early check in , rooms were clean, room service is good Drop to the temple is arranged free of cost Morning buffet breakfast was very nice, food served was tasty and delicious, many varieties for north and South Indian

the drop off and pick service was not available for one evening even afte 45 mts. We had to take a cab on our own. I dont know what was the reason

The breakfast spread was delightful, and I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the staff, especially Aditi. She greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and was always eager to assist. Aditi went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making our stay truly pleasant. The overall stay was wonderful, the service impeccable, and the staff cooperative, which made everything seamless. I would highly recommend this place to others. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the shuttle service to the mandir was an exceptional touch by the hotel. Keep up the great work!

Rooms are clean but may need some small improvement at bathroom . Example toilet flush , taps need to be improved.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They have focused on customer first and comfort. Free shuttle from hotel to temple and back to hotel is exceptional service. Food at dining is good and again staffs like aditi are kind and helpful .

All the staff were very helpful and served us with pleasure. Aditi and Biswajit at the restaurant took care of us very well. Appreciate that. Aditi has been at the restaurant during my past few trips to your hotel. She has always been excellent in taking care of us. Thank you for having her at your restaurant. Prasad, Maya and Naveen(?) at the front desk also served us with a smile and never said no for any of our requests. Thanks for everything.

If the property had a gym, it would be great.

Very convenient location, a bit away from the main mandir area so less hectic but still close enough. The lawn outside is a great place to sit as the weather was lovely.

Bath hand shower was not available, because some people would like to do body bath either bath hand shower or bucket and cup should be placed. Driver send by the hotel to pick us up from the airport was very rash ,took wrong routes and was continuously on phone , even after we sat he was reluctant to get in was drinking chai , whereas the drop in driver was a very good polite professional driver good attitude. And hotel drivers who took us to & fro temple was really good.

Food at the restaurant was awesome especially morning buffet ,varieties of dishes were there . . Staff were friendly especially Aditi .

Mattress on the bed was extremely soft, one feels like they are sinking when we lie down. Management needs to address this issue.

One girl at reception who was a bit rude

The free shuttle service to sai baba temple and the advice from the staff as to when the best time to visit the temple was. The room service was fantastic- very quick. There was one girl at the reception that was not that friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Aditi, who works in the dining room, needs special mention as she took care to make sure that we had all our food served properly and she had all the information regarding the availability of the various dishes. The staff is well informed and made our stay comfortable.

Cleanliness in the room was not up to the mark. Hair dryer was not working.

Food and the service of staff was excellent. Restaurant service from staff Aditi was very good. Thanks to Aditi & Chef Mr. Abraham in restaurant.
