The hotel is very neat and clean. The staff is very cooperative Their buffet breakfast and dinner has variety and quite tasty moreover l would specially like to mention Aditi and Arvind in the restaurant who make the dining experience all the more pleasurable.The temple pick and drop facility is good and their drivers are very well behaved.

The quality of mattres and sofa cum bed could have been better considering the tariff of the room

We stayed with my 2 kids the room was quiet clean, hotel is little far from sai baba temple but The hotels shuttle service is excellent.

There were no lights outside our room, and the lobby was very dark. The same was pointed out to hotel staff, but no action was taken.

The location was fairly close to the temple in a quiet location. Hotel arranges pick up and drop to and from the hotel. The food buffet was very good with ample variety. All food served was vegetarian.

They close the restaurant too early. The last aarti gets over at 10.15 pm and by the time one returns it's 10.30 ..I almost did not get food . The restaurant manager helped me out The hotel rooms are not newly renovated, the safety latch from the door was missing Bathroom had a curtain as a divider between bathing space and toilet so the place would get wet There was too much noise in the corridors

Bathroom cleanliness and overall cleanliness could have been better. Kettle and cups provided are all dirty, towel linens were not upto the mark, however they provided new towel linens once asked for.

Location and pick/drop facility is good, staff is co-operative. Garden and swimming pool is well maintained. Room is spacious enough for 3 adults , we took superior deluxe room.

Their was a problem in the bathroom that needs to be looked into, proper signage for the location needs to be improved.

Nothing but only one thing that rooms didn't have opening windows

One of the most enjoyable place to live eat and roam around ... We stayed for three nights here and we had great variety of food which i have never had anywhere..specially during the brekfast time Ms Aditi and staffs were very cooperative and helpful ... Later on when we enquired we came to know that Chefs from different part of India are here and this give a perfect blend of food variety available here... The hotel rooms are comfortable with centralized AC . ...small pool area and a small park for children to play and hang around is very good ....also in evening Garden snack time and free magic show which my little one enjoyed ...Overall a very nice stay ..and one more last thing but not the least daily pickup and drop to the temple available from hotel
