IndiaOne of the worst WiFi connection they are having, it keeps disconnecting ir many times in internet is not there and it refuses to connect. I stayed there for 2 days and booked a next day by asking if they have a strong internet and wifi connection. When they said yes then only I booked a room for 1 more day. But even after that it keeps disconnecting. When I asked this to reception they were saying they don't have a stable connection. And since morning I called them many times to check and and they were just saying "let me check and call you". But till we check out they didn't call that's like whole day. Really not a good thing. I literally had to use my mobile hotspot for whole day for meetings. Sometimes they have poor management. I literally had to call them 5 times just to get a water and that almost took more than 45 mins. Bedsheet was not clean. While checkout I asked for a water. And there was some dust in it. Atleast they can give a bottle of water. I didn't expect kind of hospitality.
The rooms are clean but the lights are not bright in room if you are use to the bright lights in the room. Hotel and and room service is good. Pick and drop facility is available.

India1. Room not ready and after entering room bathroom was smelling like hell. 2. No toiletries kept in bathroom like soap, conditioner etc 3. Bed full of beg bugs so could not sleep at night. 4. AC was not working (no temperature control very cold) and had to stop and sleep whole night with pedestal fans. 5. Overall not clean, bad smell and ill maintained hotel. I wonder how Booking . com can give 4 star rating and a thumbs up. by giving thumbs up , you are destroying your reputation. I need compensation from booking. com for all the trouble for this measure trip with family. I need a answer more from you than hotel as I have lost trust in your ratings.. I need a explanation.

It is farthest hotel from Temple... The complimentary drop vehicle is dirty worn our van... without ac and torn upholstery .... adding to the misery.This was the really shocking ... Overall dissatisfied.

IndiaHad to face parking problems, no ventilation in the room as windows don't open, no fan and centralized AC is not sufficient and working property so rooms suffocate. Room service is very slow. Not worth it. Common passage was dirty. Rooms were not cleaned by the staff. Housekeeping was not done. Overpriced hotel with no facilities worth the price. One shouldn't opt. Very bad.

IndiaThe 1st room we had opted had a strong cigarette smell. Even after putting a freshener, it was not livable and finally we requested for the room to be changed. In the other room the TV and phone were not working initially. Had this not be advertised as the " only 4star hotel in Shirdi" I would not have raised these concerns. But if they have that tag then it is important to check if the promised facilities in the room are working fine before giving the room to customers, The pool was also under renovation.
The food was good and the spread was simple but large. The staff were courteous and also on the last day when we came in for lunch about 30 minutes before time as we had a flight to catch , they fixed us a quick and good lunch. They provide a vehicle to the temple whenever we ask but wait time is about 15-20 minutes.
