How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Though the property was managed well, the lack of proper parking area for vehicles is quite unreasonable and seems odd. One of the major issues was about confirmation of booking. The app, although showed confirmation of booking, recieving of message of cancelation was bit panicking due to non payment of advance. It's completely unprofessional between property and app as this can be affecting people seriously.
The property was managed professionally, and the amenities were working in order. The staff was cooperative, and rooms have good essence

Welcome kit was not there,if you don't have your personal shower kit, then you have to ask for that to hotel reception!!!!

The room in which we were staying, The water heater, TV and intercom wasn't working. Out of which intercom and TV was fixed after multiple requests. But heater wasn't fixed at all. There were very limited food options, they did not honor their menu card either and limited kitchen staff/cook.

Property charges ₹4019 while ad per my booking it was only ₹3600.
Net and clean. Few staffs are good but one staff was very bad.

The room's bathtub was horribly dirty and stained, and we complained to the reception, and they did nothing about it as the hotel was completely booked, no compensation given either. They sent a staff to clean the bath tub, but it was permanent stain... looked extremely dirty. Why the hotel kept asking for advance payment while I had credit card info on booking.com. They even canceled my 1st booking as I didn't pay upfront when booked on booking.com

Since there was rain in BBSR, the hotel had an underground water reservoir. The rain water mixed in reservoir and started giving a very stale smell. The water was unfit for use as it was stinking very bad. I dint like the fact that they couldnt do anything for 3 days even after us highlighting the issue to reception. We were not even able to brush our teeth in morning and we used Bisleri to do so.
I liked the breakfast and staff behaviour

- Staff couldn't communicate in English - Billing issues for which I need to explain several times to multiple members - Ceiling Fan in the room are very low from the ceiling so it's very easy to meet with an accident when raising hands in the room _ ACs are not cleaned and serviced so no cooling effect even setting it to 18 c or lower We booked two rooms and both had the above complaints

The hotel Manager is pathetic 😒.. He need learn how to speak with Guest... He politeness is good... but he is too innocent for this post.. This hotel is not a Teebo hotel. No way this is a Treebo hotel.. Nothing seen to believe that this is a Treebo brand hotel. Main Door and bathroom locks got jam every time Phone not working Frequently power off. Please call me for details Further Update : 05-Aug -24 The hotel is totally a spoiled out stay. We notice mosquitos in the room, but ignored a bit. Now my wife is suffering from Dengue. The date counting back it is exactly mapping to the hotel stay. Again they are misusing the Treebo brand. Please investigate with the hotel.
