My stay here was exceptional. The accommodations were comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the room and bathroom were impeccably clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Guruvayur. Absolutely wonderful!

I booked a triple room and the room looked bit small for a triple room. For a family of Mom Dad and Kids the room is perfect. But if your family is bigger, its better you book more rooms.

The location was perfect. Google maps will take you straight to the hotel. Its very close to the temple. really its walkable distance. Cleanliness is to dot. Service from the staff was also good.

Each and every thing was good

The hotel was too good & the room was so neat & clean,their staffs and Desk Managers were also good and the total members (Day/Night) of the hotel staff take care of us as thier homely person.... Staff was very helpful in each and every way.... and they guide us in all the way as we want......I am Specially Thankful to Mr.Rajmohan & Miss. Anusha for coordinating each and every thing with my mother ....

All good. Would have been good if in-house cafe available, but that is compensated with restaurants at stone throw distance. Discounts for regular customers will be a good gesture.

Warm and friendly attitude, neat rooms, AC cooling , location so cloae to Temple and popular Veg restaurants. Mr Rajamohanan guided as about the puja timings and places to visit nearby. .

The bed sheets were dirty. They initially allocated us a room, which they said is cleaned. It had really dirty blankets with foot marks. The triple bed room that they allocated had a better blanket, but it still had stains. The Double bedroom was ok, but the adjoining bathroom was very small. Too small actually. Event thought the room rates are on the lower side, i felt it was not worth the money

The location was great. less than 5 mins walk to the Guruvayoor temple. Also the Staff at night were very good and helpful. Also the night staff's service was very prompt

I am not pleased with the hotel change added tax amount. The booking amount was Rs. 8,636.80, however I received Rs. 9,673.22. The hotel's living room and toilet are small. Furthermore, the toilet has poor air circulation and consistently emits a foul stench. Water flows very slowly, and so does the sower. Matras are not clean, and there is no room cleaning service or refelling of water bottles.

I liked the location of the accommodation.

Rooms too small No kettle and tea coffee facility which is basic No wi fi

Facilities does not match with the picture on the website. No WiFi and tea coffee facilities provided. Firstly upon arrival we were given room which was too small and had dirty bedsheets upon complaints our room was changed with the assistance of the manager at the reception desk. No doubt the location was great. But did it meet expectations. Rooms are too small with the wash room aswell.

Cleanliness, maintenance, price for the service received, added GST on top of the final price they confirmed and everything below. Closet seat was broken Not clean room Used towels left in wardrobe Towels are dirty and looks used and not washed properly. Very unprofessional with room not ready on time even though check in time was 8pm and informed well in advance Never stay here again for this price Dirty floor

The proximity to temple was the biggest benefit of staying here and the staff at the front desk were kind and courteous too. Other than that everything else was terrible. Would never stay here again.
