The Hotel is under renovation, so it's not clean. Also, being not fully occupied, we were placed in the top floor in a very basic room, where as the booking was done for a suite. Upon raising the concern, the manager said to alter the room, but no response received. After all the property does not have a lift, so getting a room at 4th floor is not convenient. Last but not the least, it's placed in a residential area called Bani Park, hence if you a tourist, every time you have to travel more than 6-7 km to reach the Hawa mahal area, which is the city centre.

The property has a good heritage vibe, that's it. Close to Railway station.

The amenities within the room were very average. No hot water facility in the bathroom if solar geysers don’t work, no kettle, squeaky beds

The checkin was super fast. We got free pickup service from railway station to the hotel. The staff was polite and prompt. Food is okay taste wise. Cleanliness is great. The place is aesthetically pleasant. Over all a great stay. Thank you.

Room was very small and old somewhat dirty and drinking water u must pay 30 rupees per bottle. It felt like ancient building we were living in toilet could have been more cleaner. Room felt suffocating and hot ain't that great if u wanna chill for a day in ya room.

Water was always on the go for shower anytime it was always hot whenever u need it and it's great during winter season. Food was great too and so was the location 10 minutes slow walking distance from the jaipur railways station. Staff was good and polite

View of dumped garbage from the window, The kitchen closed before our arrival and there was no tea also after a 7 hrs drive, Location was deep inside the city The building's roof and floors were under construction and getting renovated, The staff rook 30 minutes in the morning to put the luggage in the car, No services like Car washing/ cleaning available, Absolutely non-courteous staff, kept calling us on the highway asking for our location, when we had to stop at the McD midway to have our dinner, Parking was full and we were asked to move our car as neighbours' car had to be parked, No Brush, Toothpaste, Soap was provided in the Bathroom

The quality of food may improve.

We booked superior triple room. It was quite large in size. Clean calm place. Little far from busy road yet near to most of the sight seeing spots. Auto is available nearby. We took auto of Ali bhai (099283 75260) along with another auto for local sight seeing. They were welcoming and showed us the city patiently. Charges were reasonable 400/- each auto only. The staffs of Krishna palace were cooperative, humble and well behaved. Rent was reasonable. Overall we had a nice stay. I'll give it 7 out of 10.

Food was tasty but they served too little in one dish. Their chapatis,parathas ,rice etc. served for 1 person was almost half of what it should be and this when ordering in full.
