It was a wonderful stay. Room was super clean and everything is good and stay was good. After room cleaning found my room perfectly clean. staff was helpful, really take care of my stay so nicely.

The hotel's lack of standards. Exceptionally poor room service. Unattentive attitudes. Reception never once answered the room phone, so every time you had to go down 4 floors in person to enquire. Shabby wallpaper hanging off the wall. Filthy showerhead that spurted water at 90°, had to degunk it. The wash Bason tap was equally bad spraying your clothes. Bathroom window had no latch so impossible to close. Daytime and evenings noisy due to builders, their machinery and materials being delivered. Thankfully we moved on after a couple of days. Parganj offers a wide selection of hotels......

Location is close to the Railway station and local shops.

Everything was fine, except that given the cost they never provided drinking water bottle or even a glass of water as complimentary. We reached late night and for drinking water we went out to procure one. The in-house food menu is limited and costly

Room wasn’t clean when I arrived, had to change the room. In the new room, bed sheet was not changed, mattress was also unwashed. Window areas were absolutely filthy with months old dirt and muck. The electricity outlets in the bathroom are broken and gaping open. Towels were old and lumpy with some sort of black spots on them.

All in all the hotel is in a good location for an okay price. great staffs at the reception desk, they were good in hospitality. I loved the breakfast. The room was pretty good and providing a satisfying.

Bedsheets were stained and there was hair stuck to it as well as on the bathroom floor. Shower was kinda broken and would spill water everywhere. The location is the worst in Delhi, in a very busy suburb. It’s extremely noise 24/7 and the hotel does not have sound proof windows. When I entered my room I immediately realised I wouldn’t be able to sleep in there and requested another room. The room they gave me was at the back of the hotel facing a few houses and it was just as noisy as you could hear people talking and kids yelling. If you want to have a restful night of sleep do not stay here. Let’s say you get what you pay for but I did hear from people exploring Delhi that there are other areas that are way better than this one with similar pricing range.

Not very clean. Windows and curtains don’t open so there is no light or fresh air. There was no warm water and wifi was very bad. They didn’t clean the room during the whole stay. Also the phone and the tv in the room were broken.
