Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaFood availability was not up to mark. Breakfast choices and quality/ taste were not good at all. In fact on the second day we had breakfast at the Aaryas next door. The dinner buffet was also terrible - not just choice and variety but also taste and service.. had to ask for spoons, water, tissues. Poor service.
Room was comfortable and clean. Cleaning service was also efficient. Location is good.

IndiaBreakfast service is very poor because of limited staff & options are very few. Cleaning of the outside room is not maintained. Little bit expensive.
The location is very near to the bus stand, railway station, Swamy Padmanabha Temple. Large rooms. Powerful air-conditioning. Connectivity to Kanyakumari is very good.

IndiaThe unprofessional behavior of the staff. 1) Had informed the hotel that we would check in late by 9.30 pm. Confirmed the same over phone hours prior to reaching the hotel. Still had to wait 30 minutes for the room to get ready. 2) Two of the housekeeping staff force opened the room door while I was changing. When confronted, told us that they weren't aware of the room being occupied. 3) Bed sheets and the blanket were not clean and had visible stains on them. 4) The sink in the bathroom was really small and the flush was really inefficient. The list goes on.
