How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel stay was enjoyable, and the staff were very friendly. A highlight was finding beautiful Kanchipuram sarees, although the collection on the third floor was limited. The staff were also accommodating and happy to show us everything we wanted to see.hotel also arranged an auto to see around kancheepuram. We wish to say thanks to the team who running the business here . I recommend this hotel whoever visiting kancheepuram. God bless you all 🙏🙏🙏

The property is maintained very well, cleanliness of the room and the bathroom is very satisfying, staff is courteous and helpful. Amenities are also very good..Felt safe and comfortable during my 3 day stay. Please keep up the good work!!

The lights above the fan is distrubing to eyes always make sure the lights or away or need to be below fan .

the car parking was in the dark, atleast it could have been lit up well the TV / apps in TV were outdated so it was kicking us out every 5 to 10 minutes except Youtube Toilet seat was broken!! This could surely be improved While location itself was good there were no near by restaurants or shops near by
the hotel was clean and smelt good. room was great and had a balcony as well! Bathroom was very big with 24h hot water supply

The place is well kept and it does not attract any thing that we all did not like.
This place is excellent and it meets all expectations for a Business or Spiritual travel. It is within walking distance of the Varadaraja Swamy temple. One can also walk to simple restaurants that are closeby to the hotel. The rooms are pretty clean and the bed also made up very well. I would come back

No view from my room, as my window faced the building besides it. No toiletries provided, except body wash and shampoo attached to the wall, but no handwash, conditioner, toothbrush, etc. Bed was too soft for my comfort. Sheets looked a bit discolored and may not have been changed post the previous guest's stay. Avoid Kanchipuram if going there for non-religious reasons. Food availability & quality is an issue. Locals are unfriendly to non-Tamilians.
Good location, close to Varadharaja Perumal Temple (which is beautiful BTW) The room looks new and all furniture, bathroom and fittings look new. TV has access to Netflix, Prime, etc. Available in room: Kettle, hot/cold water, bottled water. Good AC, fan and lighting. Helpful staff.

The room size is very small, and the WiFi connection was very poor. We could hardly view Youtube videos on the TV.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Located very close to Athi Varadar temple.

The staff can mislead you easily if you solely depend on them for information. Tickets for Abhishekam were only available on recommendation basis at double the price during navratri. To convince us to go with that, they went to the extent of saying that tickets will be ONLY sold online, which is false. Auto driver they arranged for us also twisted his words and cheated without taking to all places he promised.
The property is extremely neat and very maintained. At a walkable distance from the Varadaraja Swamy temple but far from the rest.

No break fast and little expensive on that price
Location as it is near to Ganesh temple which very famous and this is the one of the temple tourist wants to visit and WiFi was not working sometimes if you have a two devices
