Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaStaff behaviour was very rude even the managers. Pool was not clean. Bar was not clean. No proper safety. As well as no courtesy how to deal with customers. While booking, noo where it was mentioned that after you reach to the hotel even if you don't have cash money n UPI not working you have to sit in the reception area till you do the full payment. They were talking very rudely. I'll say not to visit this hotel at all. There are better hotels in Goa who knows how to greet their customers. My 4 year kid was crying as we reached after traveling a lot but they were not ready to sign the room.
