How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Extremely Small Room with Uncomfortable bed. I am having Neck pain since visit. Lack of ventilation No Fan No window. Network was weak. Had to ask for Towels repeatedly. There is no Food service or Restaurant in Hotel you will have to rely on Food Services apps. Breakfast was fine opt for breakfast only if you are getting it as complimentary.
Hotel was clean. Location is good

The room was tiny, and I could not find space to keep luggage and no wardrobe. I can say it is expensive at this price.

I have stayed in 7-8 different rooms here being a weekly visitor. The ACs need some maintenance in some rooms. They leak water sometimes when we start them. Do not stand directly in front of them if you start the AC. The rooms are very small. Superior rooms do not have windows. Deluxe rooms have windows but not much of a view. No fans, once needs to only use the AC for ventilation and air circulation. This property does not have its own restaurant. It only serves a small buffet breakfast with limited options from 7 AM to 10 AM. Its decent fare but the south indian fare can be better. There is absolutely no room service. The corridors, stairs and lift floors need renovation. The wear and tear is visible. However, no doubt that this is among the more better and decent options in Saki Naka to stay in the nights close to SN junction.
The rooms are exceptionally clean and always to order. Any small glitches, the staff takes care of it promptly. The location is fabulous and right next to Tech Parks and other commercial establishments making it ideal for night stays during weekly visits for both Salaried folks and Business visitors. There is a Ganpati mandir in the campus of the hotel which is great for those who believe in Lord Ganesha. One can take brisk walks within the campus itself making it more convenient for people who need some exercise. There are good restaurants closeby serving decent food options. This is by far the best option to stay if one is visiting in Saki Naka and near it. Other hotel options were close to disgusting in spite of equal or high tariffs. The price is just about right and sometimes slightly more expensive for this hotel. Shampoo and body wash is complimentary and there is a 24*7 hot water shower facility.

The room size is small but it's comfortable for business travelers, i faced Wi-Fi issues during my stay , breakfast was good They have iron and ironing board in a common area , but suggest if they can provide in the room on request..

Not even a kettle is kept inside the room to make and drink warm water. Room is tiny. Less staff available to serve & respond.

Very convenient Location, close to metro station, restaurants . Rooms are small, but clean and well maintained. Breakfast is very good. They have own parking if you have your car. Their price is little high. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Inspite of providing card details for the reservation on booking.com, they called and threatened that they will cancel if we did not pay an advance. They did not then have cr card facility and had to request a 3rd person to make a gpay payment, failing which I was threatened of cancellation. On arrival too, they had a no nonsense approach. In the service industry this is not done at all. Not a pleasant experience.
