Smelly rooms... completely different compared to what's shown in the photos... rude staff.. no facilities at all... Rude behaviour with customer and also looting money in the name of extra tax

The rooms are very small you can hardly move from one side to the other .staff is very rude .no food is available in the hotel .you have to order from outside

The staff is pathetic especially the person in night at reception. He thinks himself as he is a Cop inspite of giving all instructions he still made me wait in midnight. 45 mins for Dental kit. Too many mosquitoes in room. Breakfast staff pretends that they are doing a favour on me

No hair dryer and breakfast not much only Indian veg menu, however close with 7-11 and nice restaurants.

I like this hotel and perfect location easy to get metro, 20 min from airport and safe

The single room were clean but noisy around

I extended 2 more days and moved to single room to be 2 bedrooms but it was not clean

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The 'upgraded' room had no windows, it was reeking of bug spray, and yet there were cockroaches everywhere. And also there were bed bugs and spiders. The mattress was ancient, individual springs and be felt on the body. In the morning the room and the passage was filled with car exhaust smoke.

Staff was courteous and offered me an upgrade

Staff was not coperative at all ..we regularly stay at leafio ..however staff of reception was not coperative..and every request of ours is neglected saying that not possible..which is very disappointed

There was problem with the cooling of the AC. The room was not getting sufficiently cool. The rooms could have a little more ventilation.

The hotel staff isn’t supportive. I wanna checkin early morning as I reached Mumbai from Dubai 5am but the guy Vinay Verma made me wait for more than 2 hours saying that there’s no rooms available however may be more than 10 guests checked out in front of me but the staff is telling repeatedly that there’s no one to clean the room. Even when I asked about breakfast he said we don’t have facility but later I came to know he lied. They didn’t provided towel also and rooms are small and noisy.

Location is good as it’s not that far from the airport.

There were 2 mattresses instead of one and one of them keep slipping out of the bed frame. Also the bed was not well built it kept making banging sounds even on slights of movements. Not at all a pleasant experience, wouldn't recommend it.

The TV was not working 😕.. Food was not even available & no in room dining available.. If u had to order food, have to tell thru Swiggy.

Nothing was good at all Not at all value for money They charged 3583 for 1 night and room size was to small No cupboards 2 beds were joined together Mattress was also not at all of good quality and 2 mattress was there and blanket also Staff not at all supportive Very bad service Wont ever visit this hotel. They charged so much in breakfast it was just idli Moong dal vada Omlete Cornflakes bread Tea coffee Upma Cut fruits As per the charges not at all worth No pressure for shower water No in house kitchen Even if you order food from outside and need cutllers and plates U have to go yourself to the restaurant and take it Self service it was No kettle no tea coffee nothing Check in staff at reception was very rude not at all Co-operative Images shown and reality was totally different
