Tacky furniture, floor boards peeling off, a water soaked tray next to sink falling apart, underwhelming front desk staff who take forever to check you in/out (the bad apples) so so food quality

AC wasn't working properly. Temperature in teh room was not ascertainable due to a faulty controller. Was sweating with the blanket on, while sleeping. Temperature couldn't be reduced below 23deg, probably. I asked for a packed breakfast, as I was leaving for a Puja and wasn't sure when I would be able to return to break the fast. The catering biy initially outright refused and later said he will try. When I returned at 11 am and requested for my packed breakfast, there was none kept aside. An alternative was offered at 1 am , after a lot of discussion - a sandwich or a biryani. I requested to be offered lunch in lieu of breakfast, which was declined.

Reception should be improved by receiving customer with his luggage to his room besides the entertainment like tv channels and wifi needs improvement.

Breakfast and dinner both were excellent including the staff however, the reception was poor as i along with my luggage was poorly attended as i have to check inn and check out carrying luggage by myself besides the basic amenities like tv and wifi needs improvement.

the management of the Hotel

we booked on booking.com but the hotel changed our booking and charged us hotel rates. they charged us extra for buffet breakfast inspite of us booking a room with breakfast included. They mentioned we had to pay for buffet breakfast after we sat down at the table.

Cleanliness. I had to repeat like broken record to clean the room including mopping the floor everyday. washroom cleaning was sub-standard and I had to ask again everyday for extra towels as they place only 2 towels for 2 adults and 1 child, not even hand towels are placed. Food taste is not up to mark.

Check-In Process is not great, especially lady staff who needs to understand who came first for check-in. It delayed by 20 minutes approximately. Mr Raju has been shared with the experience.

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. It was easy to locate and room was decent. Breakfast spread was surprise and tasteful. Ambience of the premises is modern and the art pieces hanged-out were interesting.

Wifi in my room was not working. Airconditioner in the fitness center is not working. Front desk staff is inexperienced. Hotel car driver talks on phone while driving thus it is a huge risk to the life of the guest.

Prices are little high adding with additional taxes. Service was good but could be more better if some of the policies are customer centric which can streamline the process of registration and not making the guests uncomfortable.

Its clean and tidy. Stay was comfortable as well.
