There should be some better options in breakfast for Fruits and juices. Juices were not fresh. Hotel location is just in between the market where whole Taxi crowd is visible

Nothing but just be informed that is a little off-road and this off road is the part of the property’s beauty.

The property is stand alone. There is a private exit to the river. We had a lovely time there. It was just opposite the big mountain where they take you on pony ride. Adil and Atif made sure that we have a comfortable stay.

Rooms are too small, housekeeping staff not trained and the rooms were dirty. There was broken glass under the sofa and on calling no one turned up to clean that. Mattresses are spring ones, so very uncomfortable with the edges hurting

The restaurant and reception staff was very helpful and catered well to the needs. The location is good, with nice garden and outdoor seating

We stayed for 2 nights. Room was not cleaned. the staff cud not give the information about taxi, local travel etc. they were blank. the printer was no working. to get gst bill, noone was trained untill the manager arrived. he was quick and helpful. Rooms were clean but tiny .

Other than the rough road leading to the property, everything was beautiful and well organized. Sonmarg was our favorite destination in Kashmir. The views from our rooms were just wonderful and we sat at the windows a lot. The rooms were really nice and clean. The staff were warm, helpful and exceptional. Adil helped arrange a car for us to take us to all the sight seeing spots. The food was good. We enjoyed the yard and watching the moon rise.

Food options limited to buffet items, a la carte menu is not recommended- pricey and takes too much time No engagement beyond tv and food Unnecessary punjabi: bollywood blaring loud music through evenings to night , can disturb the whole aura of the location. Had to complain repeatedly to shut it. Room size is smaller than what is mentioned or shown in the picture. At best it’s a 15sq mtr room- maybe half of any other normal 3-4 star property room sizes. Not recommended if you have kids.

This property was right beside Sind River with the breathtaking view of Thajiwas Glacier Mountain from almost every room and the whole property. Food was too good. What can I say about staffs, there is no such word to describe their kindness and hospitality. They are there to help you with everything. Thank you team.👍🏻 Must Recomended

Nothing is good except for the location. Nothing worth a lemon tree hotel stay. Seemed like we were staying in a private normal hotel.

Fantastic location. But that is it. Bad food, bad mattress. Very small room. No elevator. Horrible staff except for the housekeeping ppl. Stinky washrooms.

A small boutique hotel in the centre of sonamarg. Great view all sides. Amazing arrangements. Heating is perfect. Following people were really helpful and made stay comfortable. Junaid. Javed Adil. Atif. Muntazir helped with the local booking.
