Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SwitzerlandThe employees were not efficient. It was mentioned on booking that the payment will be taken care of by the hotel before our stay (directly withdraw from the card we entered), however when we got there they asked us to pay on the spot which is not a problem but they asked a tax on top that was nowhere mentioned on Booking. They didn’t give us a receipt nor did they give us change on our payment. Moreover, our flight arrived very early and when we tried to check-in the first receptionist told us to wait while half an hour later a second employee told us to pay 2000 to check in. They also don’t have a locker to keep bags. The breakfast was included but as we wanted to leave at 7am the receptionist first said no breakfast at 7am then accepted to prepare in advance sandwiches for us, which they didn’t until we told the kitchen ourselves when leaving.
The rooms are spacious and nice. Ashish at the entrance was very friendly.

We liked everything about our stay at the minimalist. The staff was wonderful, kind and very helpful and the room was decorated really beautiful. The rooftop was very cosy and had a beautiful atmosphere especially at night, and from the park you where able to hear the peacocks now and then which added to the experience.

We loved the decor, the room was very spacious. Had warm water. Lovely comfortable bed and very clean. Had a lovely rooftop to sit on. It was lovely lit up at night. We had a kettle with tea and coffee. Mainly, the biggest plus was the area. We really enjoyed the area. Our favourite area in Delhi. Had no hassle at all in this area too.

GermanyGot upgraded to a „Garden view room“. Turns out the garden is a smelly landfill where everyone keeps trash. We were there end of december so the room was way too cold. Little heater did not help much. Only short amount of warm water (boiler). The day we left it rained. When we came up after breakfast to get our bags water had started leaking into the room.

IndiaWe had checked in late by 5 hours on the first day of our tour. However, we also had a 2 hrs late check out on the last day. The expected the staff and the management to have been a little considerate of the above fact and not charge an additional fine amount of 1000 rupees. This is a system of management well established in almost all hotels in Delhi.
The location was great, right at the heart of Hauz Khas with brimming night life fun. The breakfast too was well thought of and presented as a cozy and comfort dish. The eoom was spacious and gave a really good Japanese vibe.
