The breakfast was really yummy.The guy at help desk Amit was very cooperative,the rooms are quite atheistic and different form typical hotel interiors.The place is really value for money.

Toilets were horrible, bath was horrible. Service was bad. Halls and the whole place smells bad. Rusting faucets and leaking bathroom. Terrible place!

WHERE TO BEGIN! We arrived a bit early (which we informed we'll do). Staff informed us that for earlier check-in we have to pay extra (on a very expensive stay), and that's the hotel policy. The additional fee we could only pay in cash, amount was up to negotiations - this really felt like a bribe for staff members. We received 'free upgrade' to another room. It was a DISASTER! Stains all over the floor (we could clean them with our own wipes, easily coming off but huge...), hair, dirty towels, AC not working (blowing hot air only...). The room smelled very bad. I don't wanna know how the prior room was supposed to look like. During the day, there was no water in our room. When we could finally refresh ourselves, the shower head was moving like it was going to fall off. Despite all, the staff still demanded us to pay earlier check-in fee, which sounded ridiculous and we didn't do that. The hotel doesn't look like it does on the pictures at all. Please stay away from it, we had plenty way better and way cheaper options in South Delhi area.

Hauz Khas village is a fine location, although the stay is in the very end of it, worst part.

The chair has tears. The bathroom had dirt and the water wouldn’t work the next day. For the amount the place didn’t stand up to the expectations.

Amit was really helpful and a good host. The design was minimal and bed comfy.

This place is very cutely done up.....It has all the amenities that one would need.....The breakfast is outstanding specially their summer smoothie bowl .....Both the managers at the desk Amit and Aashish are exceptionally helpful....they would go out of the way to help you. Overall the stay was exceptional and completely value for money.

Their "breakfast" was absolutely a waste for the money you spend when booking this place. I'd highly recommend finding a different accommodation. The room was filthy. There was hair everywhere and dust on almost every counter top. I am a 100% sure they opened the room for the very first time when I walked in, and it hadn't been cleaned since the last person left.

The room size was honestly all that I was fine with.

The approach and the location isn't the best. The flies on the way here can be annoying but once you are inside it's all worth it.

Absolutely everything about this place is more than value for money. Especially the manager Amit who takes care of everything around here and personally makes sure that you are provided with every bit of comfort. He was even kind enough to upgrade me to the king suite. The service is better and quicker than some of the 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Amit really wants to make sure you have a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and the views from the terrace are awesome!! Thank you for making my stay here a memorable one.
