Service provided by staff were worst. If you ask for basic things i.e plates, bowl they will send you after an hour . Breakfast option is very few. Room cleaning staff is not bothered to confirm whether materials to be throw in waste or kept aside. Better warn to reception prior leaving a room. Every single day we need to remind our complimentary water bottles not been provided. For Television if subscription is not renewed hotel is not bothered to renew it.

Breakfast was pathetic. Better you order food online and have it in room. Rates are too high to order food within hotel after comparing to quality. Order from Zomato and enjoy outside food . Checkin was allowed earlier on request and check out too extended that was the good part.

Extremely dirty hotel by any standard! Staff would sort "clean" sheets and towels right on the floor in the corridor! Wanted to dine in the restaurant and the staff was trying to convince me to dine in the room so that I would pay surcharge. Hotel does not provide any receipt/bill for the stay. Hotel is extremely overpriced. Upon checkout, in my dinner receipt 1 was changed to 7. Practically non existent breakfast.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Management Working style I stayed for 2 nights , the TV was not working . Despite telling them again and again it didn't work. The staff forgot to Clean The Room and it kept dirty throughout when I came back in the evening from my meetings.

The staff members have no idea how to run a hotel. The elevator (lift) was out of order when we returned at around 10 PM after dinner elsewhere. So, we had to walk up the stairs; both my wife and I happen to be senior citizens and my wife's weak knees suffered severely because of this torture. Then, in the next half an hour power went off only in our room a few times and power was restored every time after our phone call to the reception. But, then power supply to all the rooms on our floor broke down; the supply was restored after only about an hour! Every time power went off, I was promised by the staff on duty that it would be restored soon. They also reassured us that if the power supply breaks down again they would restore it soon after receiving our call. I would never again stay in that hotel because I do not wish to remain awake the whole night with such frequent interruptions of operation of the AC.

The size of the room and the furniture are quite decent.

No moisturizer was available. The phone was not working in the room. Body Wash or shampoo was not mentioned on the dispenser in the washroom. Room service was very slow. Crockery was very poor. Foodservice presentation was poor. The staff was not well dressed and trained to serve guests properly. The restaurant guy was insisting we order from the room instead of sitting over there. Breakfast buffet was not good.

While the kitchen is good, and the food tasty -- they should have more options for single travelers and guests that are not so expensive. Single travelers end up ordering more food than they can eat and waste both food and money! The cool drink selection can improve, especially in the hot Indian summers. The breakfast can be marginally improved in terms of variety -- though I realize it depends on the number of guests too.

The hotel was kept swanky clean. The staff was courteous and well trained. The location was, by Greater Noida standards, okay and accessible via Autos and radio taxis from Pari Chowk. The kitchen functioned well, and was able to serve decent food -- at all kind of hours. I liked the mutton biryani they serve --- you must try. Other dishes too were well made. The fridge in the room was very useful. The tea arrangements in the room were quite refreshing. The room was comfortable, the bathrooms great -- the shower particularly was delightful --- and there was ample space for luggage. There was a study desk, and the TV worked well. the Chairs etc. were comfortable and good arrangement against mosquitoes, which was negligent. The hotel kept noise levels in control despite the banquet halls being busy. The breakfast was a little boring and could be better, but overall decent and made for a good start of the day.
