The pictures are old. The room was very deteriorated. Not cleaned properly. Tried to find staff to ask for towels and inquire about check-out: no one to be found. I wouldn’t recommend. There are better options in Green Park.

First of all this is not a Hote,l this a local Lodge, and this local lodge's location is very bad and this ''hotel" showing pictures on booking.com site's are not real its fabricated, rooms and toilet are not clean

Rooms are a little dirty, but manageable , if they decrease the fare a bit then it’ll be ok.

It’s good, like the room was clean enough, toilet was ok, bed was comfortable and the service was good. The location is also good, just 2min in from the the main road. Felt safe for couples, can be a little bit cheaper but i guess it’s ok. There is a common kitchen on each floor from which you can take water, plates etc.

Please don’t book here. Not worth the money. I normally spend my time in hostels, but needed some sleep. So paid extra and booked this hotel. I arrived very late so didn’t notice all the problems in the room. The AC was leaking in a bucket. What all night remained in falling drops in the bucket. So couldn’t sleep at all. Tried to sleep without the AC but the room would boil up. So it was a terrible night. The owner said it was my problem, because the mecanicien can only arrive in a few days to fix it. So they knew already about the problem and still let me stay there. Next to this there were cockroaches and there was poop all over the wall in the toilet. Normally I don’t leave bad reviews, but this was a really bad stay. And an owner who didn’t make the effort into finding a reasonable solution

This isn't a hotel. This is more like guest house. Seemed shady operations. The rooms doesn't look like pictures at all. It's a residential building with 2/3-BHK layouts on each floor. Each bedroom is rented as a hotel room. Kitchen and living room area were told to be common, but kitchen seems messy and not cleaned. Mosquitoes and cigarette smell in bedroom. No hotel name board anywhere (neither on building or anywhere else inside it). Upon questioning about it, the receptionist says they operate under a different name (spiceup hospitality or something). Couldn't trust if the towels were clean, seemed dirty. The bedsheets seemed something similar. It's an OK place if you are out whole day and just need a place to sleep for a night.

The bed is not the most comfy, as the mattress was way too soft for our taste. The street was a bit noisy, but still we had a good sleep.

Nice location next to the Deer Park, easy to get to the metro to explore the city, and also short ride to the airport. Big room and toilet, nice natural light. The staff were very nice, allowing us to do early check-in as our train to Delhi arrived early in the morning.

The cleanliness of the property and rooms were exceptionally good. The staff were very well mannered and the front desk manager is extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would recommend the same to anyone.
