Morning tea was not available before 730 am Better to travel here in your own vehicle as inside from the main road

Restaurant is poorly managed. Credit card machine deliberately switched off and discharged. Due to poor Restaurant I had to pay extra for extended checkout also.

Neat clean rooms. Decent pool. Good ambience.

1. Two days before our scheduled stay, the hotel called to persuade me take a pool-view room even though we payed for a lake-view room reasoning that the lake-view room doesn't have a false ceiling while pool-view room has a false ceiling. We decided to go with the lake-view room only. On arrival we saw that the ceiling of the lake-view room indeed had a false ceiling. Then why did the hotel try to persuade us for a different room and that too by misleading us? 2.. The electricity was out for nearly 5 hours during the afternoon right after checking in. Their generator was not functioning either. 3. We were misinformed about the rates of certain food items. The staff later kept arguing with us about the same during billing. It took half hour to settle the matter. We nearly missed out bus back home. 4. The resort is overpriced with respect to the facilities and services that they provide.

Behavior of Reception staff. 100% Payment to be paid in advance at the time of check in. Facilities in room are not sufficient. No Electric kettle in room, TV channels only free channels are working, You have to ask for changing of linen. Bill not being provided unless you ask for it.

Food was not good. And road that leads to resort was not good. Location was not good as well.

Everything was superb! From check in to all meals to the staff to the place and comfort everything was just excellent! Staff are so courteous and homely. Always ready to help with our request. Never seen a place as clean as this in this budget! Even food was well priced not pricey. Full paisa wasool!

The service of the place overall and the food

The food was highly over priced the staff us unhelpful at most times. The food did not even taste that good tye location is good and so are the rooms but the service and the food is really terrible.

Just feedback: water glass and one jug water or one mineral water bottle should be at room, when guest check in.

Each person of hotels (staffs and owners) are so calm and always ready to help, not only the shake of help, they understand your concern and accordingly help. I.e. 1.I need hot water for my baby food and staffs are quite busy because of 30-31st Dec crowd but still they didn't make excuses and provided me very quick. This is not just help this is intent to help.(staff) 2. Due to issue of network credit card was not swiping at that day( as per rule payment required before check in) , but still after Chek in to check out they didn't ask me single time for payment. (Owner) Really appreciable !!!

Everything was awesome

We had gone to Alibaug in December. The resort is close to the center. All the beaches are within 5 km radius. We had a pleasant stay. Special note for courteous staff and food. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this resort

Lovely resort with good sized pool. Perfect place to relax after exploring Alibag. Staff were really friendly and kind. Only addition we would recomend would be a small fridge in room for keeping drinks cool. We would definately return if we are ever in the area :)

The transportation from resort to any other place is a de- merit if you don't have your personal vehicle

The facilities were well and good. Swimming pool is there to warm up. The playing facilities for kids to be improved much more. The food was awesome. Any way the stay there was affordable
