IndiaWe had booked the facility a month ago and we got a villa with no functioning ac . We had to complain for almost 3 to 4 hours and finally had to change the villa…. They have a ridiculous check in at 2pm and check out at 12, which we followed but still gave us a veey bad experience. They collected the money the entire amount in the beginning and then they didnt care about our issues at all. Ridiculous service

Sri Lankamore then 10 time power cut per day, room was infested with bedbugs. the management was informed however the reply was unfavorable. the room was unhygenic, the pillow cases smelt bad. the bedsheets and other unwashed reeking items were stacked up beside the staircase.
The GM said the next customer will have a better than me. the stay was horrible.
