What an amazing place to spend a few days. Set directly on the beach, the staff can’t do enough for you. The huts are comfortable and spacious with a terrace to relax on. There are has lots to offer but we spent a lot of time just relaxing at Madhu. They have a great restraint on site too with tasty food as affordable prices. Loved everything about it - recommended!

Amazing Stay at Madhu Huts, Agonda! Our stay at Madhu Huts in February 2025 was absolutely perfect! ( especially arriving on Valentine's day) We initially booked four nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay! The huts—both elevated and ground-floor—were immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and stepping right onto the beach was pure bliss. The rooms were stocked with essentials like premium toiletries, fresh towels, and even tea/coffee-making facilities. The service was exceptional—every staff member was attentive and professional. A special mention to Shakher, the proprietor, who goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. By the time we left, we felt like we had made lifelong friends. The food was incredible! From authentic Indian dishes to European favorites, everything was cooked to perfection. The Chicken Xacuti and butter naan were unforgettable. With its stunning location, spotless rooms, and outstanding service, Madhu Huts is hands down the best place to stay and eat in Agonda. We’re already planning our return—why stay anywhere else?

Great sea view and one of the most beautiful beaches. You have everything you need and still there are just few people on the beach. The owner let us choose between two rooms. The staff is very friendly. Great and relaxing common area with bar and delicious, various foods. Sun beds are comfortable and large. Value for price is great and I can strongly recommend this place to everyone.

The only thing missing was a small fridge in the room. We understand the outlay and power needed and the bar was only downstairs. It would have just been nice to chill the water they provided.

We had a 3 week very enjoyable weeks at Madhu. The location is perfect on the beautiful beach. The hut was spacious and comfortable but could do with a bit of updating but everything you need. The staff are lovely can’t do enough for you. The food really good in the restaurant and again right on the beach but could do with a bit of TLC . Shekhar the owner was so helpful and available. Will definitely be back.

The hut had everything we needed, but with the exception of a fridge and a safety deposit box.

The location was in the middle of Agonda beach, right on the beach. Our sun beds were directly in front of our ground floor hut. Restaurants and shops were very close by, but there was very little noise. The porch area was the most perfect place to enjoy the sunsets. Breakfast was included, but was very limited.

Shekbar and the team were outstanding. If you are looking for a value for money, clean accommodation , friendly staff with outstanding food, then look no further . We moved from hut to hut until we found Madhu huts and then we did not need to move on any further ! Can't wait to go back . I left feeling bereft and like we were saying goodbye to old friends. Thank you all for making our week so very special .

The Rooms and the Bathroom Facilities are a bit getting old and need a Renovation in the Future. But everything was functioning well. The describtion of the Menucard had only the Meal Names without description what the Menues content. Also the Staff in the Restaurant did not speak very good English, so it was sometimes unclear if they had understood what we asked.

Very relaxed and calm Place, with cosy Seafront Huts. The perfect Place for us to relax after three Weeks Trekking in Nepal. Very friendly Staff, the Owner welcomed us personally, and also gave us Information about the Region.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beach and surroundings. Extremely welcoming, competent, kind and helpful staff! Really good restaurant open all day. One of the staff even got up at 4am to make sure we got our taxi to the airport on time. We hope to come back soon!

We have been there now the third time. The service and the food of the restaurant is excellent. The owner is very helpfull and he takes care about the guests. The hut has a great view on the sea. It is still a quiet place with nice people arround. We were happy, that Agonda beach still remains the same place like it was 5 years ago.

The bathroom was large but floor becomes very slippery due to the vinyl so be careful. The card machine did not work on checkout, we ended up having to pay in GBP, which was not ideal, the local ATM had also run out of money, no issues anywhere else using our cards and our next stop the cards worked fine. This needs to be rectified.

Loved being right on the beach. A great hut that was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Situated centrally on the beach and close to all amenities. Restaurant was good with very polite waiters.

Everything. The insane beauty of the beach. The simplicity and yet the beauty of the accommodation. The food and the stuff. The village. Memorable. The owner , the staff ! All was great. They arranged everything for us and an amazing dolphins boat trip with RJ. Definitely ask for him. We had an unforgettable experience and thank you Diwan and Shaker for your hospitality.
