Water only warm, not hot, room aircon didn't work, just a bit scruffy* (* copyright every Indian hotel) with dirty windows, curtains that sort-of work, a mirror cleaned only as far as the length of the cleaners arm etc etc. We didn't like the area - a bit iffy, didn't feel as safe as other places we've visited.

It was difficult for private transportation to navigate the road to the hotel due to heavy traffic. A little more attention should be given to cleaning the rooms.

Low noise isolation.

The hotel is located in the Main Bazaar near the train station. A 5-minute walk to the metro station. The staff is quite polite and attentive. They helped us with checking in ahead of time because we arrived early in the morning. The rooms look good, everything works. There is hot water. Relatively clean bed linen. I recommend choosing a room without windows, because it's very noisy outside during the day. However, it is relatively quiet at night. I recommend.

Rooms though are nice can do with a little more tlc. Curtains are falling off. Not a fan of wet showers especially when the whole bathroom gets wet. Second night did have ants in the bathroom.

This isn’t the cleanest property I’ve been in. the bath towels were a bit tired. the soap and shampoo was only provided at day one. so I ended up buying my own. The food was poor quality. I am unlikely to stay here again, and will consider other options for next time.

If there was a table provided..would have provided 10...since there was no table to sit and have food...am giving 8.. Have to depend on bed only to have food...and when we have kids especially the bed becomes dirty after having food... Other wise everything good with facilities provided, they provided room heater on demand.. Location is good... Lots of restaurants, markets, near by . Had a pleasant stay... although Room was small ..it was near and tidy... Thank you.. Will definitely refer to other friends and families

The bathroom fixtures were new and would keep falling off. The shower was also confusing and erratic in terms of hot water.

It appears that this hotel is not used to western tourists and were not welcoming. The staff mostly ignored us and were not interested in giving any information or help. The sheets were clean but the bathroom was questionable. The lockbox didn’t work and when questioned they just shrugged their shoulders. The cost of this hotel does not reflect the value. We have since stayed at a hotel that is half the price and 3 times better
