I woke up very often because of the noise from the street. because india is noisy.

The bed, sheets and towels were very clean.The staff is very attentive and helpful.The optional breakfast was nice.

This is my first time in Delhi and the hotel is a little way down a small street. At first glance, location was a little concerning but had no need to worry, taxis and tuktuks are plentiful on main road and drive past hotel or pick up outside using Uber. I received a warm welcome from Rahul and was allowed to pay cash (£orRs) or card so no issue getting money changed. Shown to my room which was clean and fully equipped with large bed, large TV, with access to you tube / netflix etc, tea & coffee etc. Breakfast is at sister hotel, practically next door. The selection of food was varied, plentiful and tasty, the coffee was very good. They also offered room service menu which was good. I really couldn't fault my stay at all and would highly recommend.

I extended my stay here in order to spend a bit more time in Delhi to look around for souvenirs and such. The staff were super accomodating. The restaurant affiliated with this establishment is delicious!

The hot water runs out a bit more quickly than I like -- I tend to enjoy longer, hot showers to help relax the muscles in my back and avoid muscle cramps or spasms.

I stayed here because the hostel I usually stay at didn't come up on Booking.com for some reason. I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness, cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the establishment and the staff are incredibly attentive. Room was pretty much exactly what I expected and the bathroom was in pretty good shape.

A little more attention could be paid to the bathroom. The area under the sink and some of the walls above my eye level could use a scrub. But... I'm just nitpicking in order to have something to put here.

Staff is extremely welcoming, super respectful and helpful beyond belief. They went above and beyond to accomodate my stay, always asking if things were up to expectations and offering to clean the room pretty much whenever they saw me. Room was spacious and bathroom was in pretty good order.

Although the bedshees had been cleaned, they still showed some unremovable stains. The shower head has some problems.

Very friendly service, the staff was kind and ready for anything we might need, and spoke very good english. We really appreciate being shown the room before paying. The room was quite nice, comfy bed, big bright window. Wifi was good

Very friendly and accommodating receptionist. Upon request, we were offered a "silent room" without window which I recommend due to street noise. Payment request matched the booking confirmation, no hidden charges or fees.

Hotel is good and prime location. Food and complementary breakfast both are very good. Staffs are good and polite.

The shower had little pressure. The street that the hotel is located at is rather shabby. However, just around the corner there are many tuktuks to take you to around the city.

The hotel looked clean and comfortable. We requested a heater which the staff promptly provided.

Not clean, found hair in the bathroom, hot water took a while to work. The location was quite harsh. We asked for the clothing laundry 7am promising to give us at 9pm dry, however, we received next day still humid.

Staff was always nice, polite and willing to help. They gave free tea compliment. The bedroom was good for price.

Not under the hotel's control but there was building work being done in the building adjacent, which meant I couldn't sleep in the day after my flight. Lower or side lights would really help improve the rooms ambience. Very bright

The water in the bathroom ran very thin and got cold quickly. In winter it can be difficult to get a hot shower.

It may be a little difficult to reach the inn. There are many people trying to trick tourists at the New Delhi train station, and the roads are not paved, making it difficult to move around with large suitcases.

The hotel staff was friendly. They made sure I had a hotel room and then let me pay for it. They also loaned me a hair dryer, which I appreciated. It was within walking distance from New Delhi station.
