That the cubicles weren't completely private the top had wholes so the person next door can here you talking an if your light is on its shines through also I would prefer if there was a door instead of curtains, but over all it's the best hostel I stayed in in dehli.

I liked the cleanliness, and the location was good also the cubicles were private you have a little more privacy than in the hostels with bunk beds

The rooms were poorly maintained, there was minimal heater facility. It is located next to a noisy colony and you can hear noise all throughout the day. The rooms were unclean, bathroom was very small and it was definitely not value for money.

The men's room needs hook for handing the dress and towel. Also mark Hot water & cold water indications to help the user at the bathroom.

The place is lovely, very friendly and helping staff. Very good breakfast.

We were really unsatisfied with our stay. First, they booked the room for the wrong date. When we arrived, our room was not free and we were given beds in the hostel room. The bed sheets were not clean. They said they will give us a refund for the difference (which I think is also not customer friendly, if you make a mistake and then have dirty sheets on top, you could also refund the whole price) - however - until now (almost 3 weeks ago) we were not even refunded with the difference. Staff was sweet, however, shady hostel and way too expensive in my opinion

Bedding was wet/damp, asked them to replace it and the new bedding was also wet. Shower was sharing water pressure with other rooms, you couldn't shower if someone else was showering in another room. Ceiling fan was shakey and should be considered a safety hazard. Desk table was half falling off the wall. Dogs in a neighbouring property were barking loudly all night. Impossible to sleep (even sleep deprived after long flights/layover).

Room looked like pictures, had a balcony, complementary tea/coffee etc.

The thing that disappointed us the most is the complete lack of professionalism of the staff. Absolute no effort was made to try to make our experience better. For instance: 1. Rooms are cleaned only if specifically requested during your stay. The toilet was already dirty on our arrival. Details are still missing to make the room more comfortable. 2. The staff does seem able to give any specific information that you might need - different people will give you different information and the same person might change idea 10 minutes later. I would say it is not possible to count on them in case you need any assistance for your trip or stay. 3. Tours available are overpriced and offered by one of the hotel staff who is not a guide. We payed 65€ for 2 people for a tour of Old Delhi that lasted less than 2 hours, getting around by metro (which costs less than a euro), with no explanations regarding the cultural and historical background that one would expect - even if one asks. Even after we complained the only thing they offered was ‘complementary drinks on the house’. We still do not know if it was a tourist scam or if it was their unprofessionalism. 4. The feeling we have is that the staff do not know how to manage a hotel - and still are not putting any effort on learning how to do so. For sure there are better places to stay in Delhi for the same price.

Very modest rooms, completely different from the pictures available on Booking though. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood of New Delhi - quite far from the crowded and noisy city center.

I was hoping for a good stay, We had 2 rooms booked but 1 was given away even though I called the reception the previous day. When we reached we were late due to flight delays and found that we lost a room and were given a single room for 3 people instead of 2 rooms which was our preference. The room cost for the single room was same as that of b the 2 rooms, the entire experience was very disappointing. The rooms bathroom was not clean and had mould in the shower and the toilet wasn't clean.

We arrived at the room we booked and were surprised to find that everything was just a good photos of the place. The shower was full of mold, the whole place smelled not good at all, we had to pay more to upgrade to a room that was a bit cleaner. Not recommended at all - expensive and not worth the money.

I really regret that we booked this place. The location is not good. The car can’t get in. The staff is working super slow. They couldn’t arrange even coffee in the morning. We asked them to check the AC in the room, they took ages to come. The price is overpriced. For 6000 rupees, better to book another place

Location, no street lighting if arriving late. Everything felt grubby, sheets, pillows and towels. Terrible staff, hardly No wifi. Untrained staff at breakfast, very limited choice.

Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, ever. The hotel had no towels, no soap and the water was cold. Furthermore, there were insects everywhere. The staff was rude and called me four times in the morning at 11:15 to tell me about the check out time which no one told me at check in.
