Unacceptable that the receptionist opened the door to my room without he warning me or he asking me for permission at 11:00 p.m. at night because "he need check light swich off". Next day I had to ask for my money back to insecurity and not respect for female travelers. My husband called to them and first try to deny everything, then manager apologized to us and finaly manager is saying that they had already discuss with the receptionist (who is mentioned in other comments), I really hope this receptionist don't work with a woman. In general: low quality, bad smell, very poor buffet breakfast, the same every day, disorganized and dirty. In the japones capsule there was party 07 am (next room my brasilian friend, she canceled her reservation early too)

the staff are exceptional. so helpful and attentive. Naeem & Ankur take care of everything for you. the rooms are small yet comfortable. the wash facility is satisfactory. incredible value to stay in trendy HKV.

I think the suites and rooms are overpriced because it isn't in maintained conditions and even if it was the road that takes you to the hotel can only be walked to as vehicles are not allowed and the road is very dirty. For a room that is priced around 6k+ you will get luxury in the other know hotels instead of staying at Poshtel.

The location was both good and bad...as it was inside the hauz khas village where taxis/cab go less and you have to walk for like 2-3 mins and for girls travelling alone, hauz khas gets a little party place at night with people over drunk and thus it might be a little unsafe, also the price is a little over valued as i got it for 6000 bucks for 1 night but you can prefer their japenese capsules which are much cheaper.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service was good as well, the staff was helpful, their was no problem with the check-in or inviting a guest over, comfortable and chill kind of place to stay with friends or a couple 'mini goa' vibe

The services were really bad. Japanese capsule was costly but AC was off whole day even when temperature outside was >35 degree celsius. On the roof-top common area They said AC will work, but it was not working. There was dirt everywhere due to there renovation work. whole building was under renovation. My check in was at 2PM but I arrived there at 8 AM so I had to wait, but they were so strict about the timings while all the other services were really bad. Property was also not good from inside. Common bathroom and washroom for mail was too small, small enough that to close door, you have to actually go on corner and somehow close it, my watch got scratches few times. Wash basin was broken in male restroom. I regretted that I booked it and I asked to for cancellation also. Staff was nice in talking but they were not able to help at all. I had to stay without AC whole day and when I asked staff first time the said someone turned off the AC and forgot, new day when I asked again from Dorm Ac they said its having some issues, then I went to common area on rooftop after confirmation from staff that AC is working there, but again Ac was not working. My whole stay was miserable. The laptop table in my japanese capsule was broken, bed was not comfortable and Heat was the main issue. I could have stayed in much better hostel by paying 1/3rd of the price. worst stay so far.

Staff behavior was good,but there services were bad. Cafeteria in different building called "Bunk and beds" was really good, and it was the only common place where AC was working.

We had to wait at the reception for 1 hour for our room and different room was alloted to us. It was smaller than what we had booked. Room service was poor and staff was not able help with solutions quickly.

The check-in time was/is late.

The staff was welcoming and happy to help. The room was clean and all the amenities were good too. The cafe offered good food and since the Poshtel is situated in one of the most popular places of South Delhi, food and entertainment were just 2 minutes walk away.

the location, it’s a bit hard to find . cars/autos don’t go there so you need to carry your luggage by yourself for 300m or so. the street leading to the hostel is very unhygienic

rooms were exactly as shown in pic. Japanese capsule was so comfortable and cozy. bathrooms very clean and smells fresh. provided with hair dryer, iron box, water heater also works properly. buffet breakfast was so so good . Ravinder at the front desk was so helpful

The room was excellent (we were in Room# 104), and the hotel was simply superb be it breakfast, services, cleanliness, and location - isolated from noise pollution but very near to restaurants, clubs.
