Location is very good to stay in behind of Jaisalmer fort and rooms are clean. Staff are very supportive and always to visit again in this place.

The room smelled bad, no hot water, staff were not friendly and were very unhelpful. When asking for their help with directions to the bus stop or tours, they seemed annoyed that I was asking and didn’t help me at all. I ended up getting help from another hotel instead. The room smelled really bad (I think backed up sewage). No hot water, despite advertising that they do.

we did a last minute booking (midnight) and the staff was ready to welcome us with a chai tea while our room was prepared. The room was beautiful and super comfortable. we also had a good breakfast and the staff let us stay in the hostel until our train time (3hrs after check out time). I strongly recommend it! Also the quality/price rate is incredibile

The best hostel in Jaisalmer i would say. The hostel feels like a palace. Staff is very friendly. Abhishek the host is very helpful and tell you all about Jaisalmer and also about the desert safari which is highly recommended.

I liked everything.

Staffs were so welcoming. Dorms are clean and very good location. Don't miss the sunset chaai. Roof top cafe has delicious pastas and lasagna.

It was a great property well maintained and with amazing view of the Jaisalmer fort we stayed in dormetry rooms with 6 sharing beds and a common bathroom..beds were really comfortable and bathrooms were clean

Location - not good. Hotel is at the bottom of the walls, other regions are much better. The hotel's street is unpaved, therefore it is not paved, and as it is deserted, the movement of cars makes a lot of dust. Impossible to open the bedroom window as the window faces the street. Cleanliness - really bad. When we checked in we found the sheet dirty, with stains and hair. Facilities - Room with a musty smell and bathroom with a sewage smell. Value for money - definitely not worth what they charge. Hotel price is good, but it has nothing that a hotel offers. There is no reception, there is no area available. The photos do not match the reality.

As soon as we arrived we found the room smelling of mildew, the bathroom smelling of sewage and dirty sheets. My wife had an asthma attack, which made me look for another hotel. So we checked out less than two hours after checking in. In reality it was 3 nights, they told me to cancel through Booking.com and do it directly with the Hotel. I paid for 3 nights, I didn't get to sleep any night, I proposed that they refund me at least two nights, but they refused. Despite the reservation being free of charge, the Hotel contacted me by email and WhatsApp and charged me in advance. I paid for something I never used. I don't think that's fair.

Just a few minute walk from the fort, this old haveli has a charm to it. The place was a bit outdated, and not the cleanest, but the staff were very accommodating. Although I did not do the desert safari package with them, they do offer one through the hotel. No room service available but their restaurant is located next door.

1. Staff was helpful & went out of way to help Location is super + 2..Ample parking in front but on main road which is congested during day time due to Fort crowd 3. Good kitchen staff & hygienic food. They serve you outside delicacies on demand.

Abhishek and Jumsher were extremely helpful hosts at this property! They always checked in on us and ensured we had everything we needed. the desert safari was an incredibly unique experience and very local , non touristy too! loved it!

we did laundry and had some issues (lost shirt, one shirt too much, etc). safari tours are cool, but dont expect too much. its more just an overnight stay in the desert - not safari going around for hours. as both these services are not mandatory for your stay, the hostel experience stays a 10/10

very well located outside of the fort (nice view on terrasse), walking distance to entrance. the building (reception hall, rooms) are very nice and stylish as well as clean. the dorms and the ensuite bathrooms are spacious. definately one of the best hostel experiences in india ( we have been to +10). wifi is top.

perfect place in Jaisalmer, amazing staff, friendly and helpful! The rooms are absolutely beautiful and comfortable! As an addition, they offer desert tours for reasonable prices and offer to adjust it to your timings and preferences. Our entire group loved the stay, we travel in India and this was our favourite place so far. Would recommend 10/10, thank you for everything!

Beautiful hostel overlooking Jaisalmer Fort with good social area and restaurant on site. Friendly and helpful staff, owner present during the day and was very welcoming. Helped me with arrangements and gave ideas on local tourism.

Best stay for travelers. The fort view from the top is an absolute beauty. I enjoyed my stay and meet a few travelers. The dudes in the hostel are very kind and helpful and funny. You can explore the city by walking from this place. This place is very famous, better book in advance.
