Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. IndiaThe Tap Was Not Working Properly as Very Less Water was Coming out of the Tap. Sometimes there is Sound of Music at Night Which is Not Good As I Have My Meetings Going on at Night Else it Best Place at Such Price.

NetherlandsThis hotel is terrible, The name of this hotel has changed. Also they asked me to pay a deposit outside of the booking.com environment. This is not allowed. When we arrived they had given away our room. No one of the front desk staff would accept any responsibility and help us. The rooms are not as described in the picture. And not the same name.
