How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Overpriced for the offering. when we arrived at the mentioned area for breakfast,it was all messy.We had to go ask at the reception separately and it was then sent to the room.

Parking. The hotel is bang on the road with no own parking facilities and have to park the vehicle across the road in open public parking, the parking fees is borne by the hotel but no responsibility owned by the hotel.

Hotel was nearer to station, than the location provided by the Hotel. Its reasonably good Hotel
Near to Kolhapur railway station. But the location provided by the hotel was wrong.

We lost a personal item during room cleaning when we were away. It is not a very valuable but imported cosmetic.

They cancelled my reservation despite multiple requests for information to transfer money (advance which should not have been required). They then accomodated me in their "last room" at an increased rate. UNACCEPTABLE. ZERO ETHICS.

The bath towels really require to be replaced with new set as they are too old, so I did not use them as had carried mine as a back up plan. The staff is very disconnected with the customers .I have seen places where the staff are very courteous with the clients. This can surely add more value and want one to come back again. There should be room for keeping laundry instead of using the 4 th floor corridor as a storage area, it doesnt feel good to see all this plus the view of the building in shatters next to it. There was no staff to keep the luggage outside, had to ask. Something to improve maybe..
The location is great although the adjacent building was awful like a slum area. The room was very big and spacious and clean beyond expectations. Gokul restuarant on the opposite side of the road is awesome for a quick grab. Very close to the Amabai temple , loved it and also very close to the bus depot and railway station. In general Treebo Trend hotels are good based on past experience in Dehradun , it was very good with a terrace restuarant.

The breakfast system needs improvement , else discontinue it.
The location is good and close the railways station and it is convenience to travel to places of interest from there. The breakfast hs only one or two items and it is sourced from outside. Unfortunately, the quality of breakfast is below average. If the property cannot offer in house breakfast , then it is better that they avoid it. Most guests had discarded the breakfast given to them after partial eating. Otherwise a decent stay , no major causes for complaint.
