Nothing except room cleaning is being done in the absence of the guest. should have been informed. or the hotel management should keep a safe vault.

It is situated in the prime locality of the city. Staff were very cordial and the complementary breakfast was really tasty and reasonable

Even though the hotel mentioned that restrauant is open for 24/7 we didnt get the coffee at 6 AM. Also, the staff were not responding properly.

Furniture would have been clean ... Felt bit pricy for the basic facility provided... Room was small.. toilet needs an improvement..

Hotel staff and their hospitality was extrodinary... Locality was centre to the railway station and central busstand.. room service was great.. hot water only on timings but if u ask if it is needed.. they immediately responded... Good stay with family... Management was very good... Please maintain and improve this service... Over all its a good stay... Thanks for booking .com 😊

The complimentary breakfast is average in taste and variety. The hotel is very centrally located, but in a dusty, crowded and uninviting area, similar to nearly all bus stations in our country.

Spacious, spotlessly clean room. Very pleasantly appointed. The staff is not only courteous and responsive, but smiling and helpful. Very conveniently located, right opposite the Central Bus Stop and very close to the rail station. Overall, great value for the price.

Beware.. the hotel says that Booking.com indicates the rent for single occupancy. I have booked clearly for 2 adults, did not mention single occupancy. Also the confirmation I received that the rent is for 2 Adults max. However, the hotel demanded us to pay extra at the time of check-in. We paid as it was late in the evening. There is no wifi provided ( the hotels requires the guest to have Jio connection to avail the free wifi.. a bit odd though). For the price and the stars mentioned in Booking.com with wifi being available, the hotel should provide wifi. Staff (especially the low level staff for check-in, house keeping) keep staring and waiting at you for the tips, for no service provided (such as getting you to the room and getting pillows). We did not want the staff to accompany nor to carry our bags to the room. At the pre-text of carrying the bags and the odd errands that we did not ask, the staff asks us directly to pay the tips. Hotel should take note of this. Other staff at the counter provides the required info when asked and hence it is ok.

No WiFi. Provided after arguing with reception staff. Travel desk was worst and charge exhorbitantly. I had to book my travel arrangements outside. The sofas at the reception were dirty and lot of mosquitoes were there.
