Transperency is not there with property owner. We have booked Non AC ROOMS, They have messaged that deluxe rooms are allotted. They are telling Deluxe room means AC room. As it is allocated through booking.com, we have to pay AC charges even, if, we won't need AC in the rooms. They have collected AC charges from us for 30 persons, though we are only 28 members, showing that it is booked through booking.com. They told that they are helpless in this regard.

No breakfast served, staff and owner are money minded. Though 28 members stayed in the property, they have collected for 30 persons stating that we have booked through booking.com.

Staff was not good in behavior they on reception keep asking me money I was trying to pay online but my app had some glitch. I asked them allot me room and I'll give them cash but guy on reception and also the owner they come to my room to get payment. No manners at all. Staff neither understand hindi nor proper english. Bedsheets so dirty and no cleaning.

There is no lift facility. Room is little damp.

It is very near the temple and sea. It is safe and clean. It is surrounded by many dhabas like marwari, Punjabi, South Indian etc. Auto service is easily available from the hotel. The rate is reasonable.

Rooms are like lodge, as the name suggests. However what's shown on property details and what you get, is two opposite things. Rooms are filled with cockroaches, insects. Bedsheets smells badly. Mosquitoes enjoy you as there is no tomorrow 😜. Staff overburden so in my two day stay, he manage to give me one towel, one hour before checkout. I have attached pictures of the property and their permanent resident cockroaches.

Location is good. It's nearby temple and reachable by walk. They do accomodate our early check-in request. Everything else goes to negative list.

When I need anything.. i always had go to downstairs and there is no telephone service available in the room. And there is no elevator also. This was big problem was my mother as she has health issues. Most of the elderly people were facing this issue.

Everything was there butall was out if function. The geyser , ac ,tv every thing was there for show. When I asked for hit water the one and only receptionist cum staff played a small drama and atlast told that geyser will not working. I told him to change rhe room but he denied and told that every room has same condition. My husband is 64 yrs.old and he had to bath with cold water in the morning and was in fever. I can't saw as such inhuman behavior in such a holy place.

Service is so bad. Rooms are dirty. There is so many things which i can't tell you. So i recommend you all to not to choose this hotel. They are like dikhate kuch hai or dete kuch hai.

They are very money minded people and not following any checkout guidelines set by the booking.com app. They don't even provide drinking water, it's less than a 1 star hotel and forget about hot water bath

There is no facilities in the room even water, dharamshala is far better than hotel, no sufficient staff only two people taking care of property no food, no water nothing, rooms are pathetic very dirty smell coming from bedsheets. Whenever we asked anything to staff. They replied sir we can't do anything we are just employees. Please don't go there. Very high charges rs 3600 for one room. Look for another options.

Rooms not ready at the time of arrival. Gave a small room without cleaning. After 5 hours they gave me room which I have booked. That room and bed are full of sand The ugliest bath room I have ever seen . Handed over the room as it was vacacced by previous occupant used condition. No room service. Fourth rated hotel with unclean rooms.

During checkout the dayshift manager was missing! Yes, you read it correct. We waited for 15 minutes at reception and called in some number displayed there. The result is we left the room keys in the reception and left hope for Bill. Although they were quick to request you the total amount at the time of check in .

One of the reception manager in night shift was good and helpful .
